Any Immortal Technique fans here?
I kind of fell off and stopped listening to him for a while but recently caught up with the excellent new documentary "The [R]evolution of Immortal Technique" which documents his short incarceration and how he prepared for it.
Instead of self-destructing he took 3 months before his lock up date to sharpen his mind, and focus; changing his outlook on life and realizing that the anger, spite, and rage he had were totally taking him down the wrong road.
They highlight some of his battle-raps, he was a pretty vicious opponent, literally ripping you apart while yelling in your face.
Now, in his evolution, he is opening community gardens and schools overseas in Afghanistan.
I have mucho respect for this man, and if ya don't know who he is he is a rapper wayyyyyy out the mainstream, talks mostly about political issues and current events. Let's just say he's not very happy with the current state of political affairs, doesn't sugar coat stuff at all. But he speaks the truth... check em out.

Feel free to critique but keep in mind this is my first video and I'm NOT a rapper LOL but I do like spoken/word poetry. I added the beat from "Dance with the Devil" post-production wise so it kinda sounds funky but still cool I think.
