After experiencing crystal DMT (wow, maybe to intense for me at this point) and then doing a simple enhanced leaf recipe ( muuuch smoother and nice experience), I want to make a proper changa.
If DMT was too intense for you, then 5-MeO is even more intense, and if you add p. harmala that would make it even more intense. To be frank it seems that it would be leagues of intensity too great for you. Not only that, but it's not a combination that I would recommend anyway. It is easy to OD on 5-MeO. It requires a fraction of the dose of DMT to do a bigger job.

What would be the recommended ratios of these three elements?
Is it recommendable to use 5-Meo-DMT even though I haven't had it on it's own.
I have made a P. Harmala extract before, and had it on a failed pharmahuasca experience (the DMT was not active), and had some interesting effects on the harmala alone.
Would I just add the extract to the leaf and DMT and let it dry normally?
Not recommended for an instant. Before you fret about all these combinations anyway, take the time to get to know 5-MeO on its own terms. I doubt you'd be so eager to combine it with anything if you had a taste of its potential. I would recommend you do some reading and research into 5-MeO including dose range.
