Hello, I'm MrGutsMan, I'm new to this forum, (Just signed up) and i'm new to DMT. Let me tell you a little bit about myself.
I consider myself a seeker of truth and a truly open minded person. I've Studied everything from Quantum Physics to Kaballah. Heres what I know, What we have been told about this planet, this earth and this existence is not all there is. I want to know more, i want to know the truth.
My Journey has lead me here and to DMT. I want to use DMT to expand my mind and my knowledge of the universe.
I come here openly for help, information and guidance. I've heard it describe, as many things, The Void, the other side, the truth.
Anyone out there who can lead me down the path, I'd be very grateful to. Most importantly, i don't come here looking for "A Good Time" or "Recreation" i want to expand and grow.

As far as a "guide"... I believe you've found it. This site contains info and anecdotes on everything you mention and most here are friendly and willing to help and answer questions to the best of their ability.

Thank You for your kind words. As for use of other psychedelics, I've used Mushrooms before, but quite honestly, it was a long time ago.
I've Smoked Pot, And taken a few pain killers after an operation, but really, I don't fool around with drugs too much.
I know that might seem counter intuitive seeing as i'm on a DMT forum, but like i said, i'm not here for recreation, i'm here to touch the void and peek behind the vale to whats truth.
I understand DMT is found in living organisms and is seen as a gateway to the other side. To be 100% honest i'm a bit intimidated but feel it's important for my spiritual growth.

IMO the nexus is THE guide. Make sure you search before postings questions. There is a sub forum with most of the answers you need as far as extraction, methods of ingestion, experience reports, and on and on and on. The more your read the more you know and knowing is half the battle! (Sorry had to)

Just a word of caution, if answers are what you seek as far as DMT unveiling them for you, then you might be setting yourself up to be disappointed. It does help generously as far as giving a better understanding of oneself but most of that is you comin to that conclusion on your own.

DMT hasn't answered questions I've had per se. It's given me a better set of questions. I would agree that DMT is the gateway to the other side, but the other side of what is the real question I have now after having done it. What is this other side and why does it seem so comfortable.

I first want to say that psychedelic experiences are some of the wildest experiences one can have.

I was much like you at one time. I touched the void....many times actually and I came to a few conclusions I want to share.

I agree with the poster that psychedelics can leave you with just more specific questions. The answers you seek can only be fully comprehended in the psychedelic state....you can't bring it back with you.

I realized life isn't about peeking behind the curtain. Life isn't about finding god. Life is about living here on earth right now in this moment. Don't let me stray your path though, I think the MOST important thing psychedelics offer is to fully realize who you are, what motivates you, what do you want, what is important. Not only you, but the people around you and society as a whole. These are realizations that CAN be brought back, and implemented in your daily life.

I will tell you though....those times where the light bulb lit up, and I fully understood EVERYTHING and....just WOW. I don't remember but fleeting glimpses but I do remember the feeling of a familiar complete understanding.

Realizing you are human is the icing on the cake.

DMT may be a bit overwhelming for some people, especially without much expirience in psychedelics. I would recommend for you, an ayahuasca journey, but that Is just my opinion. You may not be able to grasp or even comprehend the extremely fast and powerful hyperspace flight without first having an idea of what is to come. IME dmt has been a great tool to enhance my knowledge, but alone without prior psychedelic expirience, freebase dmt is like looking in an electron microscope at full magnification before learning what an atom is. If you wish to understand and integrate I would recommend another mushroom trip or something to that effect to help take steps into the right direction, you don't want to rush the discovery process. But you may just be different than me and able to handle such realities thrust into your conciousness, just my opinions and experiences. Welcome!
