Greetings fellow psychonauts! I was introduced to this site by a wonderful friend of mine and I am thrilled to see such an active and positive community surrounding DMT and other classic psychedelics medicines.

My journey with psychedelics began at a very young and immature age. Now at age 33, I have found that my experiences with entheogens have not only revealed some of the great mysteries of life, but they have also shined a light on my path to self-growth and realization.

I've spent the last 4 years integrating a powerful LSD experience that I had. When I returned to baseline from the journey, I decided to pursue a career in Marriage and Family Therapy at a school in Palo Alto, CA called the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (now re-named Sofia University). I was drawn to the school because of its holistic and Transpersonal approach to healing, as well as the freedom to explore the therapeutic benefits of entheogens.

I'm looking forward to connecting to and interacting with this community. Much love and respect to all!

Welcome friend!

Just curious, have you had any experiences with dmt or ayahuasca?

Its wonderful to have you here.

There's lots of information and people are generally willing to answer questions.
Please check out the FAQ and the WIKI.

Welcome!

Hello! I have had several experiences with DMT, but have not had the opportunity to drink Ayahuasca yet. When the time is right, I'll be there!

Thanks for the info, I'm looking forward to becoming a part of your community!

Greetings Elemotion! I would love to write you up a proper welcome but I'm trying to keep the sprog from getting herself covered with mud...

Could you tell me again the name of that professor you mentioned? I believe there should be a lot of members here familiar with his work. Properly done controlled tripping experiments, fancy that...

(I'm currently working on a large DMT themed tattoo on Elemotion, and we enjoyed a ceremony halfway through our last session. Good fun...)

Hello there, Guyomech!

His name is James Fadiman (http://www.jamesfadiman.com/), and he is the co-founder of the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. Here is a link to his latest book [i]The Psychedelic Explorer's Guide: Safe, Therapeutic, and Sacred Journeys (http://www.psychedelicexplorersguide.com/). In my opinion, this book is a must have, even if only to pass it on to someone who may need the knowledge!

Good fun indeed!
