Everyday I find myself using some insights in order to help things run smoothly or in order to just perceive the truth more reliably. A few examples;

when I am in a situation where I obsess over something, grades, money, or a relationship. I can always relieve this stress by remembering the reality shattering effects of hallucinogens, it shows me that reality is not what I observe, but what I do with this information. It doesn't all seem so set in stone, because I know on the inside that in the long run, none of this really matters. I can only be accountable for my actions and intentions, but not the workings of the universe. Inner serenity and peace are daily solutions to many stress or anxiety related issues in my life.

Another example is when my boss orders me to do something and I want to call him an asshole. But in actuality I can realize that we are all just human beings, with no real power over each other. We may be in different situations or positions, but this is all very temporary. His delusion of power will be met and destroyed upon his death, and my realization that we are all equal brings me continuous serenity.

Nice integration

I use the information I've learned with psychedelics in daily life. Mostly when dealing with ignorant, rude people. I realize that they're rudeness and ignorance is a reflection of their inner workings that they haven't yet analyzed yet, and that's one thing psychedelics are notorious for, is looking within.

For me this is one of the reasons i use entheogens, because everytime i learn something about myself and understand that we all are the same deep inside, and integrating this into my life has made me a better person with myself and others around me
