I dunno many places where you live below the river, if you find one it sounds pretty dangerous.

We did the sustainable thing, I know others that have done it.
First, there will never be another such thing as "free time" it simply doesn't exist, everything you do requires a huge amount of time and effort.
You need a group to carry dead weight.... I know an older lady that lived like this, she is too old and weak to farm enough for her to eat, she is starving to death.

Take a good long look at why you are wanting to live this way. Is it because you really want to live in the woods? or is it simply because you are a miserable failure in this life and you think it'll be easier to just "go away into the wild."

don't answer to me, like nature, I don't care.

It is very difficult to go live on your own, providing yourself with food, water electricity and dependencies.

The best way is to take it slowly, step by step. Start by growing some of your own food, get some animals and care for them. You really dont know what it means until you face it. Then start figuring out how are you able to make yourself self sustainable, but this is a lot of work.

Also, joining a community is the way to go I think. You can't take care of all things by yourself, but where they are more, everyone has a role in the community and provide for eachother.

And yes, free time is a thing of the past; but that is a good thing also, because you don't waste any time or energy on things you dont need. Everything you do, you do for yourself and for your well-being.

It is a continual evolution and progression, take it step by step and make your life and the life of the ones around you better and easier.

It is not hard to find such a community, they are growing everywhere you look

I will be moving soon in another house closer to the mountains, it is off the power and water grid. We will have a generator which we will try to make run from solar or wind power. It won't be easy but it is a start

I still live in a rented house and it will take some time before I will have my own, yet I enjoy life to the fullest, we keep the "pueblo" alive
