Thanks! You can also top with any kind of crumbled nuts too! Today I want to share with you guys a "super juice" from the guanabana, also known as Soursop or Graviola fruit. It has a plethora of wonderful uses and qualities like natural mood elevation and fighting tumor growth. Some doctors even use oil extract from the seeds, leaves, root and bark of the plant to aid in curing different forms of cancer. It is also known to strengthen the action of anti-depressant medications, especially MAO-inhibitors(You know what that means). ReferenceAnyways, this recipe is simple, but as with many Ecuadorian delicacies, the process is time consuming and very hands on. (Many grocery stores in the U.S. sell pre peeled frozen guanabana if you dont want to do the work.) Here is a guide to peeling and pod/seed removal. Once you have your fresh or frozen guanabana (One whole fruit or one frozen bag) you can blend it together with water and one tablespoon of stevia. (Or 1 1/2 cups sugar in the raw.) If you don't like pulp you can strain it. The Jamaicans like to add: 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 tsp grated Nutmeg 2 Tbsp fresh Lime Juice 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract I dont add any of that but you can experiment and find out what you like. My finished product looks like milky. Enjoy! [Nãh•Mãs Ny•See•Gom] - Curiosity didn't kill the cat. Familiarity did. Samsara

A simple but fantastic drink: Lemonade (you could use frozen, but don't. Add some lemon juice to sweetened H2O. I use honey.) Add a very small splash of rose water (you can buy this in Asian food stores, etc. but I just steep rose petals in very hot water for 5 or 10 minutes) Start slow with the rose water. The goal is to put in so little that you do not taste it when drinking it, but get an aftertaste/aroma up in your nose and sinuses after you drink. i dont have pictures or any such nonsense as that but i have been all about my fermented kale salad lately, take some lacianato or curly kale, and tear it up, ad the following ingredients. olive oil, toasted sesame oil, lemon juice apple cider vineagar, red wine vineagar, rice vineagar, and crushed garlic, i really like to take it THERE, so i add dulse aswell mix it all up and let it sit for at least an hour..i will often let it sit for several days though, its does not appear to ever go "bad" ive received the trans dermal download in the apousal lounge
no disease could possibly survive in such a wiggly environment!

my main power food latley has been broth made my boiling organic chicken necks, feet and backs in spring water for 8 hours, with a bit of apple cider vinegar, carrots, onion, celery, sprinkle of black pepper and basil..everything is filtered out at the end. After 8 hours we have a nice gelatin like bone broth to add to anything we want..as a stock for other soups or we...this is about the most mineral dense food you can get..also the most bioavailable mineral source. It is AMAZING what bone broth can do for a person. At one point this was a staple..before industrial agriculture really took over and MSG instant broth mixes replaced the real thing. Of course some green juice is always good also. Long live the unwoke.

Thanks so much! I am relived that it was well received. There is story behind the extraordinary name. While at a music festival in southern California last year I came across a tent where a lone sign was hung reading "F*%k you its Magic". They had all different kinds of no-bake pie, juice blends, and raw tacos . It all looked so delicious, but when you asked, "Whats in that?" they would nonchalantly say, "Oh thats a F*%k you its magic". It quickly became a phrase everyone was saying whenever we got the chance to. It was fun and reflected the heart of the festival. [Nãh•Mãs Ny•See•Gom] - Curiosity didn't kill the cat. Yummmm glad we have nexians that are willing to share healthy recipes! "Think more than you speak" "How do you get rid of the pain of having pain in the first place? You get rid of expectations" "You are everything that is. Open yourself to the love and understanding that is available." "To see God, you have to have met the Devil." "When you know how to listen, everyone becomes a guru." " One time, I didn't do anything, and it was so empty... Almost as if I wasn't doing anything. Then I wrote about it. It was fulfilling."

First off, I must give credit where credit is due. This recipe comes from FitnessRecipes.com. It was so good I had to share! Salmon Spinach patties Ingredients (4 servings): - 300g/10.5oz salmon - 1 egg - 60g fine oats (or breadcrumbs or panko) - ½ onion, finely cut - 100g/3.5oz fresh spinach, washed - fresh black pepper and salt - fresh black pepper & salt Directions: - Pre heat the oven at 200°C/400°F - Stir fry the onion and spinach for two minutes (you don’t have to do this but I like it more this way) - Put the salmon, egg, fine oats, onion, spinach and fresh black pepper & salt in a bowl - Mash up with a fork and mix well **Mixture should be stiff enough to form patties, but not too dry - Form into patties - Put the patties on a baking paper (on a baking sheet) in the oven for about 12 minutes at 200°C/400°F Nutritional facts: Energy: 222 cal Protein: 20 g Carbohydrates: 8.5 g (sugar 0.7 g) Fat: 12 g (saturated 2.7 g) Fiber: 2.5 g NamahsNaicigam attached the following image(s): salmon-patties-small.jpg (52kb) downloaded 89 time(s).[Nãh•Mãs Ny•See•Gom] - Curiosity didn't kill the cat.
