DMT verses Salvia blood pressure change?
In my experiance blood pressure change from salvia seems very mild to me..
I never experiance the pounding heart with salvia as ive heard may report this about DMT...
After trying unsucessfully to smoke DMT many times ..I cant comment on DMTs BP effect?
Im guessing that DMTs effect is more sudden and more force full in [BP] effect than salvias effect on [BP]..
I may be wrong about this... Can anyone who has tryed both coment on the effects of booth drugs on BP and heart rate?
Can raceing pounding heart just be an anxiety effect?/..

I can’t cite sources, but I’ve read that salvia has little to no effect on blood pressure.
DMT has a moderate effect. The Strassman DMT study excluded individuals with high blood pressure, suggesting that the effect is strong enough to warrant some concern among those with hypertension.

From personal experience, I’ve never felt an increase in heart rate at the onset of salvia’s effects, yet I often feel this at the onset of DMT’s effects. I’m not sure how or if heart rate corresponds to blood pressure, so I can’t comment on the effects that either has had on my BP.

A strong dose of salvia can be every bit as sudden and “forceful” as DMT, so I doubt the effect can be attributed to anxiety alone.

Definitely check on your blood pressure if it is a concern. Before my first breakthrough with spice I measured my blood pressure and it was normal. I was really able to let loose and let go of any fear of hypertension during the experience. The come up is strong, I would imagine that during that phase blood pressure rises a bit. But I am just a newb so do not take my word for it.

Never really had any noticeable effects or concerns with Salvia. Except that is was completely bonkers. These days if I smoke Salvia I stick to smoking organically grown leaves. To me it is Weed 2.0, very nice stuff compared to the extracts.
