Do exactly as Ambivalent advises, greater surface area, blow air over it, it should evap very quickly indeed!
you could add some heat, say a microwaveable heat pad, or a reptile heat pad underneath but it isn't necessary if you have a large surface area and a fan, make sure you have good ventilation and dont light up close to it :-)
