If someone was to isolate mescaline from SS02 what should be expected 0.5-1, 1-2% ? thx

It should vary, it is a decent source but can be stronger at different times of the year and of course vary with regard to other factors like light, nutrition etc.

I would guess that 0.5% would not be unreasonable to expect... Rumor has it that private unpublished tests found it contains mescaline in decent amounts and with few other alkaloids present and only in trace amounts. Anecdotes of recovery from it appear to confirm this.
