So today i came home and lay on the sofa and found that when i moved my leg i saw what looked like my spirit coming out of my foot, but everytime it would come out of my body as i moved, it would suddenly be pulled back into my leg, it was shaped like my foot and im almost certain it was my soal which was not totaly attatched to my body, but when i moved my arms back and forth to see if it would also happen there it didnt, only with my leg, and then it stopped, and 10 minutes later happened again. can someone tell me what this is? is it a partial out of body experience? i am awake but i can see it happening. The past 2 days ive been doing the hot stone massage practice which has been done on me twice, this involves transfering of energies and opening up and clearing your chokras with preciace stones, im wondering mabey if this has something to do with it. Ive had many many spiritual encounters and some sleep paralysis where i feel awake but cant move and feel someone on me pushing my chest til i cant breath? can anyone tell me what this is? is it partial out of body experience?

It very well could be, doing chakra work will always give the body and soul much more energy, I'd try meditating more on this and maybe you could learn to do some remote viewing I'v had an experience similar to that; I was in Carlsbad caverns and went on my own exploration in the off limits area. I made sure to respect the cave and not touch anything. But, I was in this open room all alone and turned off my light so I was in absolute darkness. However, I still saw light, it was coming from my body, a faint glow that outlined my whole shape. I was still a bit young at the time so I did not know what to make of it. But now I'm pretty sure it was my aura.

From your description it doesn't sound like a typical OBE, but it's possible you were perceiving your body's energy field or aura.

No I dont recal feeling it, but usualy aura surrpunds ur body this was asof my spirit was comin out of my foot wen I moved ot forward and then suddenky it would be pulled fast right ba k in I thojght it was my aura first too but I knowwhat an aura looks like and thia was more like a soal it was white and shaped same like my foot it was pretty strange ive had the sleep parlysis agew tims a nd I heard its linked??
