I just love green tea. It gives me a wonderfull feeling and it tastes fucking great as well. It's become my major source of caffeïne these days.

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

I try to stay away from coffee as much as possible altough I still drink a few cups a day.
I used to drink a lot more coffee but now most of the bulk has been replaced by green tea, I love it too.

I also love green tea, I can drink it till I burst, but usually it is around 1 litre of strong brew per day. I also love fermenting green tea to make kombucha, this is THE REAL DEAL!

Yeah, i like combucha too, but some guy told me that there's a toxine in it that destroys your liver, so....i don't know.

My liver is almost already destroyed due to my severe boozing habits so I do not have much to lose here. But seriously, kombucha has not caused any health problems for some centuries now and even though I trust wikipedia's ambiguity about its health benefits, I still enjoy the taste a lot!

yerba mate is quite good too... more energizing than plain green tea... though I guess it is also considered green tea...

yerba mate is amazing. It does keep me energised for a longer time and it does not give me the withdrawal symptoms that coffee (and usually green tea) do. As far as I am concerned, when the coffee effects wears off I find myself much below the baseline, quite tired and wasted I may say, unless I have another dose of coffee. Not the case with yerba mate thought!

btw, welcome aboard!

yeah, it's great stuff. I only drink coffee in those places where they have the best espressomachines and where they serve good quality coffee, becausse all other coffees are just no match for green tea or maté.

if you mix in a big teapot some hierbabuena (menta spicata), some unrefined brown sugar (azúcar moreno) and green tea, be sure you´ll love it. its the classical morocco tea, some call it "té moruno". if you dont find hierbabuena (sorry I dont know how its called in english) try with fresh mint, its very similar. You can take it fresh or hot, its very healthful and quite aromatic.Wink

Green tea is great, i also love yerba mate. I only have one cup of coffee a day and that's only in the morning. My aim is to completely cut out coffee and to just drink green tea, herbal teas and yerba mate. That would be a super tea drinking combo Laughing
