Hey just wondering if anyone has ever used liquid b. caapi extract to dose with pharma? I have an ounce of this extract and the vendor claims each ounce contains 400-440gm caapi. I am very new to this....never took caapi(or any MAOI) before. I talked to someone in chat and they said about a teaspoon should be good. My question is how do i know if I am inhibited enough to take the dmt? (I plan on mixing 40mg with some lemon juice and drinking) Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

I would experiment with varying doses of the tincture on its own, and get a feel for it before attempting something as finnicky as pharma. Mao inhibition is a pretty distinct feeling, you get psychedelic effects from harmalas before even hitting mao inhibition, so theres a ertain point in time that you just feel 'high enough' and know. Also, as far as i know, onec tou have hit inhibition it lasts for a while, so dosing until you feel slightly high on harmalas, then a small redose with your dmt 10 min later might be a good way.
They don't think it be like it is, but it do.

well there are about 30 ml in an ounce, so its about 13-14.5g per ml approximately.
so 4ml would have 53-58.6g approx, which is good for one dose.

a teaspoon is closer to 5ml (4.9) so it would be a larger dose of 66-73, which might be higher than you need (But then again 53-58 may be lower than you need).

i would get a syringe or something with ml measurements.

let us know how that brew ends up being. i was thinking about getting a similar extract (only red or black) from the same vendor.

while this seems to be true for many, the only way i can tell i am MAOI'd up is by the purge (and there seem to be a number of other people who experience no noticeable effects from MAOI by itself).
perhaps i am too out of touch with myself to notice subtle effects such as these.

Well I drank about 5ml but i didn't really feel much aside from a slight temperature change(I started feeling a little warm.) I drank 40ml of spice dissolved in lemon juice but after about 20 minutes didn't feel anything. I then just decided to vaporize a little bit and i ended up throwing up while i was tripping. So i wasted the spice that i drank. I can't really say how the tincture is because i have nothing at all to compare it to. Also this was all on an empty stomach. I think I just need to buy the vine itself and prepare it the more proper way.

Also I just realized that they are not selling it by fluid ounces. It was maybe 15ml. I didn't realize they were selling it by weight. so i don't know how i would go about using it. I just need actual vine I think.
