Trouble getting Harmals into my changa Options

Im having alot of trouble getting my harmalas into my changa. IPA doesn't work too well and ive read acetone doesn't either. love to here how some of you do this successfully? I was thinking about doing the dry tek for it? any insight on this ?

In my experience, the yellow bottle of HEET (methanol) works the best.

You can get them to dissolve in ethanol (everclear, moonshine) but it takes a little more work.

So far these two are the only solvents I am aware of that work with freebase harmalas.

Xylene might work but I would never recommend making changa with xylene.

where did you pick up heet ? I live in the us.

It's in the automotive section of pretty much any big box store. Wally world is a good place to start.

Make sure to get the yellow bottle though.

The red bottle is ISO and won't work. They also started putting additives in the ISO-HEET which makes it undesirable for our purposes.
