I stopped running yesterday because so the thc wasn't in my blood as much.
have been flushing with only 2l of water a day. i did a self test that i purchased from the drug store and got a negative result (very dark lines meaning zero trace of thc)

I will test again tonight to be sure.

The guy at my local bong shop sold me a very expensive flush kit which im not going to use if im still clean tonight.

It is very strict in the mining industry and i believe it is a massive invasion of privacy to test like they do.

a diluted sample is a fail over here!
No retest either.

if that is the case, i would just do it towards the end of a flush when your urine is starting to yellow again.

midstream is recommended.

it sounds like you are clean enough to pass without any preparation at all, but its best to err on the side of caution.

I dunno... I'm no expert on urinalysis but I would think the people doing the testing don't care much about the color of urine.

Color can vary due to many things such as dehydration, vitiman B supplements and I'm sure many other variables. I would imagine the main thing they look for is any illegal drugs, specific gravity (I don't know how they do this) and creatine levels.

I know a lot of these system flush things mainly work because one of the directions is to drink lots and lots of water which i would think make your sample diluted.

Like I said, I don't know for sure.

I think it's totally unfair that companies would not hire somebody that smokes a little weed from time to time. Yet you could be a full blown alcoholic working in a mine which is quite dangerous and still get the job. I'm sure they wont bother giving you an ETG test for alcohol which is something they probably should be concerned about.

It's a backwards society we live in and I'll never understand it.
