Hey everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could give me some ideas on some areas I may find some nice Dmt acacias around melbourne.
I understand I can grow them, and I will, however that will involve a few years, and to find something in the mean time would be nice.

I'm not asking for exact locations just areas I'd be likely to find some.. Preferably where there would be an abundance of fallen branches or dead trees.

Live plants. Sustainable, ethically sourced, native American owned.

Hi JigSaw,

You should set your expectation that this question will not be answered on this particular forum for obvious reasons Sad

Good luck

The best part is exploring and finding them yourself. You can build a great connection with them Very happy

Hi JigSaw, Your not likely to be told any direct locations that you will find them in! You would want to know exactly what species of acacia you are looking for and have a look through the forums and you are bound to find information relating to were they grow.

Good Luck

I understand I wouldn't be told direct locations hence why I asked for ideas Smile

In a side note I believe my best bet is going to be a. Floribunda.
I just need to learn proper Id I think.

There's a place near me which literally has hundreds if not thousands of acacias, I just have absolutely no idea on which type they are

There is heaps of information here: https://www.dmt-nexus.me...aspx?g=posts&t=23472 on all acacia you will find what your looking for here. I have come to believe there are better options available in vic but may take a longer journey.

If you live so close to an abundance your best bet would be learning how to identify your specie from pictures on the net and go out and look, if in doubt im sure someone will help you out on here Smile
