On a side note, I do think that when people experience negative feelings/vibes/messages during a nicotine-influenced journey it is [partly] because their attitudes regarding the substance. The whole "I know this isn't good for my health, but I enjoy it and thus do it anyway...." etc... attitude peeping through ones subconcious in the form of "GET THAT SHIT OUTTA HERE!!!"  Natives viewed the substance as holy and sacred, and accordingly didn't receive negativity from entities or the like. Yeah, no. No, not ever. Sounds like the worst way to visit hyperspace. The visuals are already extremely fast moving. Do you want them to be jittery and moving 100x faster than usual? I doubt that anyone could gain much from this combination, ever. The Spice extends life

swim smoked a nice hit of n,n several hours after drinking ephedra tea.
I'm thinking it made the experience more euphoric but all-in-all it wasn't that much different.

well people seeem to have ripped into this alot  but no flaming me please ha! i've tried it 1 or 2 times and it's really not that different, usually when i get home after a night before i go to bed but i've not done that for a while. Same with other stimulants (mephedrone). it wasnt adderall to by the way.. No drug, not even alcohol, causes the fundamental ills of society. If we're looking for the source of our troubles, we shouldn't test people for drugs, we should test them for stupidity, ignorance, greed and love of power. ~P.J. O'Rourke

Wow; with mephedrone? That sounds incredible. I had never used adderall until today, and I think it would make for an interesting psychological aid while in hyperspace. Anyways, I don't see the need to combine other drugs with DMT (yet) but I wish this thread contained more accounts from people who have actually tried it rather than people who have nothing more helpful to say than "never have, never will". I have. The first time i tried dmt i was on (prescribed)adderall. I find that the dmt experience is much better without it. I don't advise mixing the two. The only semi-bad experiences i have had have been after taking adderall or caffeine drinks.

My girlfriend is prescribed adderall, she has smoked both spice and changa without any negative effects. Toadfreak!

I personally HAVE tried this combination. I was percribed adderall a while back but actually stopped taking it specifically because it ruined DMT for me. That and I honestly didn't think I really needed it anyway. I'm doing just fine now without it. For me the adderall/DMT combination was pointless. The DMT just didn't work. I would either have complete blackouts or I would vape till the cows came home to experience nothing more than racing heartbeat. Maybe it's just me and my brain chemistry but I've noticed ANY kind of stimulant seems to block the experience from happening. That or it takes a lot away from it. Adderall was the worst though.

Never really intentionally combined the two, but I don't think i've ever had a particularly bad experience with the combination. I've certainly done it multiple times. No real positive or negative comments on this combo. I will say that one of the notorious side effects of amphetamine, sleep depravation, will definitely increase the "OOOMPH" of your journey. Can you imagine being massivlely sleep deprived then smoking DMT? That's a drug combination on its own lol I've only ever mixed DMT with shrooms, salvia, weed, and alcohol. Salvia being BY FAR the most bizzare and wonderful thing I've ever combined with DMT . Shit just got surreal I'm on Vyvanse right now and took the smallest hit of DMT residue left in my pipe. I got a pretty strong headchange.
