So after about two years of on and off research, countless books, documentaries and a lot of change in my life...it has all brought me here at this very moment.

I just received 100g of powdered dye for my line of wool helmets knitted by free range monkeys in a park in Chicago... and oh man am I excited!

I am a patient person that is a nut over efficiency and quality so I will be all over the forum getting down my process for my first extraction. I plan to first do a 50g of powder extraction and then another 50g after that to incorporate what I've learned in the process.

I know this is my first post (I haven't even used the search function as a member yet so be nice!) but I was wondering through your experiences, what extraction method should I research first that will produce a high yield. I have read a few quick methods but unsure if they produce a comparable yield as other methods.

Well I look forward to talking to you all on here!

Hello Canvas,

Welcome to the Nexus. I enjoyed your intro, would love to learn more and appreciated your conservative attitude towards working with your MHRB. It's so precious and rare now.

See the WIKI link in the upper left hand corner of your forum pages (or in your welcome pm) for the extraction teks. Personally, for a beginner, I recommend Noman's. I'd recommend staying away from q2121. I see so many problems and questions arising from that.

Were your two years of research focused exclusively on DMT? Or psychedelics in general? Do you have much psychedelic experience? What can you tell us about yourself.

As stated, I like your attitude and I suspect it will serve you well here. Read, research and don't be afraid to ask questions, participate, post, reply, etc. . . Very happy

Again, a very warm welcome to you.

my first attempt was q21 (food-safe) and it went beautifully.
i got over 1% on my first try, and it couldn't have been easier.

also i am by no means the sharpest tool in the shed (far from it)

others seem to recommend it frequently as well..

Pandora thank you for the warm welcome I just returned to the site to verify everything and to see your reply put a smile on my face.

I am actually 3 stages into my first extraction using Cybs extraction! I figured today is quite a good day to begin on my new path.

So to hit upon the topic of my research you inquire about... I would say I have researched anything I can that can alter the mind while driving the expansion of my own consciousness. I have experience with psilocybin as it was my first introduction to psychedelics and the one I have enjoyed the benefits of the most. I have had only two run-ins with LSD and the set was correct but the setting changed into something I wasn't able to control and kind of voided my experience.

The way I actually got into psychedelics really started since I was incredibly young with my dreams. Since I have been around the age 6 I have been able to lucid dream with active control of my dreams coming with practice and reaching a peak around the age 18. I am very fortunate to have an incredible memory while being photographic which I believe aids in my dreams. Since then I have 5 worlds I interact with that are as real as me typing this. In a few I merely exist and interact while others I fight the powers in those realms and constantly become different players before my death which usually involves the same way people are murdered today. I feel as I have lived 100 lives in these dreams but keep on fighting to free the people.

So a bit more about me... I am self educated on every subject I speak about and stopped schooling after high-school. I am a self taught mechanical and electrical engineer currently working for company designing engines that move our world and it's products. I feel my vast amount of natural talents in many fields to be channeled through me and through this they has all directed me to explore psychedelics further than I have. I plan to change this world we live in as it is a force coming through me I cannot explain other than I feel my energy will be able to explode a wave of growth for many on this earth. I have started a community this past October to do so in Chicago and plan to grow a community first in Chicago and then other cities as I gain a network of like minded individuals.

This world we live in needs change and with the help of many I plan to facilitate it.
