What It Will Do for You
This meditation totally recharges you. It is an antidote to depression. It builds a new system, gives you the capacity and caliber to deal with life, and gives you a direct relationship with your pranic body. How to Do It Sit with a straight spine in easy pose. Arms are extended straight out in front of you, parallel to the ground. Close your right hand into a fist. Wrap your left fingers around it. The bases of the palms touch. The thumbs are close together and are pulled straight up. The eyes are focused on the thumbs. Now inhale for 5 seconds (do not hold the breath in); exhale for 5 seconds; hold the breath out for 15 seconds. Continue. Start with 3 - 5 minutes and work up to 11 minutes. Build up the time slowly. How did it compare with mescaline and LSD? You may remember me as 69Ron. I was suspended years ago for selling bunk products under false pretenses. I try to sneak back from time to time under different names, but unfortunately, the moderators of the DMT-Nexus are infinitely smarter than I am.

SWIM has had DOB before long ago and DID NOT LIKE IT. I'm curious what others think of it. For SWIM it was nothing like LSD or mescaline but others said it was. For SWIM it wasn't that visual but was very difficult to explain in words. It lasted WAY TOO LONG. SWIM was tripping for 3 days, couldn’t sleep, and the entire time was just waiting for it to end. The come up was very gradual. It was very disorienting. SWIM got lost while walking home on a route he always took. He couldn’t recognize his surroundings but they didn’t look different to SWIM. It was very strange. SWIM got a sense of being completely alone. He could not sense love from anyone around him, even his family members seemed cold and distant, even his mother. However, SWIM felt overwhelming love and compassion for everyone else. ComaProphet, did you feel similar effects or was it completely different for you? You may remember me as 69Ron. And hence, why SWIM will have to drive to the bay area to buy acid one day. To get the real deal. Christ that sucks. You lock the door, and throw away the key

The other saying is, "if it’s bitter, it’s a spitter". That saying was invented for DOB blotters being sold as LSD. I think the best antidote to long term effects from DOB that linger for more than 3 days is to take small doses of LSD every day until complete tolerance to the LSD builds up (3-4 days of continuous use). As the brain builds tolerance to the LSD, it should clear up any residual effects from the DOB as well. In this respect we are "fighting fire with fire". Once complete tolerance to LSD is had, DOB should have very little effects on you. Tolerance to LSD protects your brain from LSD and similar substances like DOB, mescaline, psilocybin, etc. Having a brain tolerant to LSD is like having a brain made of steel. It takes a lot to cause it to get off base again. You may remember me as 69Ron. I was suspended years ago for selling bunk products under false pretenses. EXTREMELY exhausting substance. I'm lucky to have a good supply of anti-psychotics with me. I wont be doing it again. It wasn't bad it was just way to long, it tests your mental strength after 15 hours or so. The visuals were very much like 2c-i but the mental state it placed me in made me want to just freak out (I didn't, just chewed the hell outta my finger nails, haha). so all in all, if you're looking for something that will challenge you as far as psychedelics goes, this is it, but if you don't want to gamble with your sanity staaaaay away from this substance. Audio hallucinations were very intense. I had been entertaining myself with a video game called Nazi Zombies just before I took DOB and that night I heard zombies everytime I heard a little sound, I was a little paranoid that I might at some point forget that it was a hallucination and actually believe zombies were trying to invade my room! But fortunately I took Olanzapine after I started to notice I was acting a bit crazy and fell asleep. woke up with a small headache and refreshed. Meditation to cure Depression.
