Hello Nexus people.

My name is Riitz, i'm 26, happily married and i'm from Portugal.

I just found out a few days ago about the Nexus, this great place and wanted to join.
To learn and hopefully post some useful information and experiences...

Let me tell you the story of SWIM now.
SWIM always felt connected to something which he doesn't know what it is, something out of this world, he knew that there was something there, that thought kept lingering in the back of his mind during his entire life.

Just recently SWIM found out about DMT / Machine Elves, but he doesn't know much about these things, the only thing he does for a couple of years are nice bongs of weed, hax, and tryed an unmeasured bong of Nuclear Reactor and he got into a loop that in his mind lasted for ~ 6 hours but when he snaped out of it, only 20 mins had passed...(scary for the first time but not what he was looking for, no visuals no connections no nothing just an endless loop of time with open eyes)...

So you can imagine how excited SWIM got when he found out about this entire new world of DMT, and he kept reading and watching videos to get informed on the subject.

SWIM feels it's time to give it a try and he couldn't be more excited about it but he's just affraid of country laws and how to get Mimosa Hostilis or Acacia or any other plant that works.
He read that there are Mimosa Hostilis, Acacias(not sure if the right ones) and alot of Phalaris growing in the wild in his country but he's not sure where and which ones are the right one cuz there are alot of different Phalaris arround and he doesn't want to endup extracting some kind of toxin...

Well this is my and SWIM's introduction essay.

Welcome to the Nexus. Thanks so much for that Introduction - I enjoyed it.

I gotta say I do not know what Nuclear Reactor is but DMT is infamous for time dilation - for putting people into multiple infinities of time in 5 minutes on the realtime clock, etc. It can be anywhere from disconcerting to terrifying in my experience and in my opinion the only tactic is to let go, surrender utterly and just try to experience it without trying to judge or figure out too much until it's completely over.

It must be exciting living in an area where so many high percentage DMT plants grow. I know Shulgin said "DMT is everywhere," but not in easily procurable plants with high content in my experience. You have joined the Nexus at a time of revolution, when new plants and new extractions are being used and when folks are growing more entheogenic plants from seeds than ever before.

I do hope you will keep us posted and participate actively. Again, I welcome you to the Nexus.

I'm Spangles, I know not too much about herbs, but I know quite a bit about philosophy. Was Maimonides a Portuguese . Great Moorish philosopher. I DO know that Spinoza came from Portugal to the Netherlands to escape persecution. His philosophy is the MOST satisfying and comprehensive I've encountered. You sound like a young Spinoza
