Bonjour neverendingstory,
Welcome to the Nexus. Yes, indeed, that first experience was very remininscent of the essence of DMT in my opinion. One piece of advice that works for me - don't try to fight it and don't try to control it. It's always going to be stronger than me so I don't even try. I just surrender and try to return nothing but love, no matter what happens. Even if I am sure I died . . . .we all gotta go someday, right?
You mentioned integration issues . . . . this is something we take very seriously here at the Nexus. There is a very very good section written on this in the Health & Safety Section . . .
https://wiki.dmt-nexus.m..._and_Safety#Integration. Actually, I would recommend reading all of that section as well as all of the contents of the links in the upper right hand corner of your forum pages. Invaluable information to be found there.
So, may I ask if you extracted your own DMT?
Also, have you tried many other psychedelics? How do you feel DMT compares.
Again, a very warm welcome to you.
