Sucks that I cant post in the thread so for us current noobs lets post songs in here, OK?

My most favorite psychedelic jam ever is Krautrock by Faust.

One of my most favorite anti guitar solo guitar solos is from This Heats Horiontal Hold John Peel session, 1977:

One of my fav psychedelic videos: Kokomo by Black Dice:

A really great meditative jam: Tony Conrad with Faust... If you are on acid and I am not I will take you into my car and play this as we drive around exploring the extinct volcanoes by my house:

Music that is so psychedelic you do not have to take any: La Monte Young: The Well Tuned Piano

More upmost pschedelic sound: Terry Riley, A Rainbow in Curved Air

And finally, AFX, Analord the my favorite music to listen to on spice:

+++ an extra, obscure find: Parson Sound from the 60s doing heavy drone:

+++++ self plug, the sorta video I made for my band:

Keep on smoking spice

Man, list is endless. Kudos to all the already posted gems on here.

It's impossible for me to pick out specific tracks, but really anything by Shpongle, Entheogenic, Androcell, Bluetech, early Porcupine Tree, Floyd, The Peaking Goddess Collective...

And then for the more chilled moments, Tim Hecker, Loscil, 36, Stephan Mathieu...

Second shpongle. Also i really enjoy Rodrigo y Gabriela and other flamanco artists that pop out or Pandora. It's fast, intracate, and best of all has no words to detract from the music.

Kudos on mentioning Tim Hecker. He is astonishing.

This is one of the few videos that I have found that hint at what DMT visuals are like in a really slow and minimal way. Music by Terry Riley. Film by John Whitney, titled Matrix III. Enjoy.

My favorite songs to listen to while tripping, sorta depends on what type of trip im on.

DMT: Nit Grit - Dimethyltryptamine
Nit Grit - Lupin

LSD: Any EDM Music, really doesn't matter.

Mushrooms: Same as LSD. Except I prefer more mellow songs, so I go along the paths of Liquid Dubstep and Trance.
I keep losing my phone in hyperspace X[

Fact: Some people like to play video games, so people like to sky dive and do crazy stuff, and some people like to enter the many different doorways of our own minds! For I am one to explore where many refuse to go!

I don't so much like heavy electronic textures to express psychedelia, personally. I think it is just because it sounds less human, and more processed. Like we are trying to simulate the psychedelic experience. But I like more raw expressions, which feel much more personal, and which may not sound like what things sound like when I am tripping, but which reek of psychedelic footprints. I like hearing people who have been influenced by psychedelics, instead of hearing psychedelics. Just personal preference.

I usually have this for my spice works. Its calming and tranquil with a truly 'organic' sound and limitless depth. Very happy

A human being is a part of the whole, called by us Universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest-a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole nature in its beauty. ~ Albert Einstein
