So what are your chacruna extraction yields looking like, and what are your extraction methods for that yield?
Source is important, Peruvian, Hawaiian, etc... Viridis has a much more variable scale of yeild based on quality of material. Quality of material is based on many variables, so include what you can.

i've been curious of this too.. not sure there are many here who are extracting from viriditis. at least it seems hard to find anyone who is. Jamie has been doing good work with chaliponga though

I'm currently growing a viridis myself, it's a hardy plant and requires watering every once in awhile. One reason why I believe it is not as popular is because of the time it takes for it to grow. I purchased my viridis a half a year ago and it has grown maybe a half a foot. If you check out my link https://www.dmt-nexus.me...aspx?g=posts&t=38824 you can see the yield after a half a year worth of care. Not that much right? My personal belief for purchasing the plant in the first place is that in time it will grow to a reasonable size(size of a standard hedge) then I can harvest it in more viable time intervals. Instead of once every 6 months or so I hope to get that number down to every month trimming the outermost off shoots and keeping it at a reasonable size. Through my research I have found the greatest yields of DMT come from harvesting during sunrise or sunset. Now this could be a hoax and the time of day does not factor into the concentration of DMT but remembering back to the days of biology specifically the lessons regarding transpiration and the respiration of plants it seems like a reasonable hypothesis. My question in the link that I included here was how much more I would need of this ground psychotria viridis in order to produce a healthy dose of aya? Another question that I have is would cloning the plant and producing smaller viridis yield more than just keeping a "mother" plant and harvesting her by trimming every once in awhile? To conclude viridis is a good candidate for producing DMT however you need to invest lots of time and care before the plant matures and starts putting out; in addition the time of day has an effect on the plants DMT concentration although I have found no concrete research backing this notion.

- On my experience to grow P.Viridis in current of the last years indoor (grow box) i can say that yield leaves more with cloning plants 0.25-0.5m high. This has a more thick possible accommodation of the plants and best use the light by leaves.
I try to cut the plants on each pair leaves that they more branching and grew in height less.
Each plant has a separate pot 0.1 h 0.1 h 0.14m (h) with fertile ground and sand.
The dissolved fertilizer NPK is contributed 1 once at 2 weeks.
The Transplantation of all plants - 1 once a year in new soil.
Yield is basically got from fresh top of the plants when i'm cutting it.
But i else did not try to feel the power of these leaves, since still have a spare MHRB & make STB.
Possible, what leaves with more old and large plants have more high % DMT...
