recently brewed 36 grams of chaliponga over a 10-13 hour period with gar as the acid.
math confounds me sometimes but I managed to figure out that 1.7% of 36 is .612.

after this if I remember correcly you move the decimal point to thr right two numbers which would be 61.2.

what does this final number represent?

is it 61.2 mg or 612 mg?

I want to test this brew in a responsible manner and knowing how much dmt is in it would help me tremendously.

I'll say this prior so noone questions why I brewed such a large amount. Standing over a stove for over ten hours is something I don't always haver time for so I brewed enough for many journeys.

Consider that a dose of chali can be around 3 grams, if its strong chali, so make that 10-12 doses. Its probably much closer to 612mg than 61mg..

But by the way, you only made one boil? As the FAQ and other places say, always make 3x to get most alkaloids out.

No three simmer/soft boils for three to 3 and 1/2 hours.

followed by a very slow two hour reduction no boiling or simmering just hot enough so the brew was steaming.
