last night i had too much to drink maybe seven or eight cans of beer.
late on maybe about 2.am i decided to smoke some spice mixed with some blue lotus.

i started to get the visuals but they seemed dark and blotchey.
i felt i did not want to be there.feeling a bit nausea and wishing for it to pass.
the blue lotus seemed to prolong the experience, almost dragging it out slowly.

i just wanted to go to bed, can,t remember too much.
just a lot of hard work wasted .
but i have learned a important lesson.
respect the spice, don,t drink too much before smoking.

hopefully next time they may open the doorsSmile

definitely quite a bit of beer...lesson learned... though I think that the way that some of the elves that I meet behave, some of them would be just fine with wild drunken party, as long as we all connected as one at the end of it!!

Bad idea to drink a lot before doing this stuff . There are a lot of stories on here about this very thing . Your asking for trouble .

I agree it's a good idea to refrain from drinking too much before traveling. I myself like to have one glass of red wine before. It helps to calm down the pre-flight jitters.
I am completely convinced that there is a wealth of information built into us, with miles of intuitive knowledge tucked away in the genetic material of every one of our cells. Something akin to a library containing uncountable reference volumes, but without any obvious route of entry. And, without some means of access, there is no way to even begin to guess at the extent and quality of what is there. The psychedelic drugs allow exploration of this interior world, and insights into its nature. - Shulgin

Never drink before spice journeys! The two substances could not be more opposites and unrelated.
