I did noman's tek the other day and followed it to the letter. I haven't done the NaOH yet but will get round to it this weekend hopefully. I don't know how much is there because my scales arn't accurate enough for .mg measurements. This is the result of 2 pulls of MHRB.



Reckon this'll be enough for hyperspace initiation?

I'm sure it's enough if vaped correctly for several journeys.

I'd really recommend investing in a small jeweler's scale in the mg range. You can get them on amazon.com and elsewhere for well under $40, shipping included. It's really worth the money.

what do you mean you haven't done the NaOH yet?

Adding NaOH(lye) is the first thing you do after putting water in your extraction vessel.

Ahh yeah soz. I meant the sodium bi-carb wash. Got a bit mixed up then.

If you didn't get any brown lye/bark/water drops into your crystallization dish then the spice should be plenty clean to use without a sodium bicarbonate wash. I've never washed my DMT. I'm very careful when pulling my solvent and rarely get any contaminates into my crystallization dish. I usually recrystallize my spice to get rid of any possible impurities but never wash.

If you were careful then both are unnecessary steps. But if you are worried you can always RE-X the spice and yield fairly pure crystals.

Its totally up to you though. Only experience will allow you to make those judgements with confidence!

When I pulled my spice I used a glass pipette which took a while but ensured no bark mixture got in the extraction jars. I think it's a good way to go for pulling small amounts.

Ok, so if this is not inappropriate.What country are you from and how did you get all the ingredients?Any problems along the way?

Just curious really because it is your first try, and a successful one.

I gave many thoughts about doing this myself and came to the obvious conclusion that the most dangerous step is getting the actual ingredients and then I multiplied it by 20 because of the place I live in

Hi. I'm from the UK. And had no problems at all with my extraction.


I just ghosted the forum for a few weeks before joining up, gathering teks and suggestions. I chose Noman's tek and did it to the letter. I left my pulls in the freezer for just over 24hrs.

I got the MHRB from an online vendor who states the bark was freshly picked in August this year. I've had stuff from them before and ain't had any problems at all. Even had a tracking number lol. They label the MHRB as 'Sandlewood' to get it through customs.


As for the extraction kit, I didn't run into any probs at all. I shopped around and payed mainly in cold hard cash

I wouldn't worry about the fuzz smashing your door down as long as you plan ahead and be clever.

Looks like a great yield. I'm still in research mode but I think I have an ingredient vendor. So, about a month behind you. Been reading everything I can first.
