Hi,
I'm paso and I have been a member for half a year now without posting, just reading the immense information one can find here.
I can't express how thankful I am for everything I learned here.

So to the introduction part...
I am on a journey called life(oh wow!). In the search for authentic things and truth I developed a deep connection and respect for nature. Soon I become to know the immense intelligence she has, and trough that came a deeper understanding of my humanness. I respect nature as my spiritual teacher, showing us the true and authentic way.
Over the years I encountered more plant teachers and became drifted towards the shamanic way.

My quest is that of understanding, or knowing our true reality and beeing melted away by the oneness of all. Personally I am an anthropology student, so everything about shamanic knowledge , botany, healing and natural ways of life are of my interest.
So this is it, I'm not a man of words...

So why do I want to be a full member?
I read the nexus every day and the knowledge and inspiration one can find here are what I am searching for.
So thank you for teaching me how to meet the machine elves! Not to mention the other ethnobotanical information around here. I developed a strong interest in cacti thanks to you, and do really sit on needles following the pioneer work with phalaris, and other research being done here.

So thanks for reading this, I love you all Love

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

Welcome paso, very nice introduction!
Look forward to seeing you around Smile
The Warrior’s Prayer
"I am what I am. In having faith in the beauty within me I develop trust. In softness I have strength. In silence I walk with the gods. In peace I understand myself and the world. In conflict I walk away. In detachment I am free. In respecting all living things I respect myself. In dedication I honour the courage within me.
In eternity I have compassion for the nature of all things. In love I unconditionally accept the evolution of others. In freedom I have power.
In my individuality I express the God-Force within me. In service I give of what I have become.
I am what I am: Eternal, immortal, universal, and infinite. And so be it"

Hi paso,

Thanks for taking the time at this late hour to write up your essay. I had to smile when you indicated it had been six months of you looking around before posting. This place is huge, Smile.

Just keep posting. Mods will notice you and eventually promote you. If you still have your initial, welcoming email there's links in there with all the info. It is most likely going to still take awhile. There is no specific process, timeframe or minimal number of posts. You just need to start being an active member of this community in a way that shows you understand the Attitude, etc.

I'm sure if you start posting and just be yourself, you will be promoted to full membership in no time at all.

Again, thanks for the essay.
"But even if nothing lasts and everything is lost, there is still the intrinsic value of the moment. The present moment, ultimately, is more than enough, a gift of grace and unfathomable value, which our friend and lover death paints in stark relief."
