...and I've been on that site a long time, and didn't know where else to go, so after googling "lucaeum.org", and trying desperately to remember what site people had said they'd all migrated to, I found this place, thinking I'm pretty sure I might find some of those people here.

*deep breath*

So, does anyone here remember that place? ^^

I guess I'm supposed to say something clever about myself.

I've been diagnosed with several personality disorders, though they don't stop me, and I have close relationship with my own interpretation of God, and I like to make sounds with my computer.

Hey buddy!

What was lucaeum about?
Ever tried DMT or other entheogens?

The Warrior’s Prayer
"I am what I am. In having faith in the beauty within me I develop trust. In softness I have strength. In silence I walk with the gods. In peace I understand myself and the world. In conflict I walk away. In detachment I am free. In respecting all living things I respect myself. In dedication I honour the courage within me.
In eternity I have compassion for the nature of all things. In love I unconditionally accept the evolution of others. In freedom I have power.
In my individuality I express the God-Force within me. In service I give of what I have become.
I am what I am: Eternal, immortal, universal, and infinite. And so be it"

..welcome Gnom..the Nexus is a Great place, and you'll encounter all kinds of amazing characters here..

yes, i remember the Lycaem..once at the forefront of entheogenic internet forums..but now..well..not quite waht it used to be..though still a Very Good site..still going..

here is where to find it: http://forums.lycaeum.or...igh5i43i2frjbaumpi4&
don't lose that link..!

..but here's an example of how the entheogen focus of the site has changed since it began about 15 or more years ago..http://forums.lycaeum.org/index.php?topic=32621.msg339694#msg339694 with a comment by DMT For The Masses legend Norman (creator of His tek) who pops in there occasionally too:

and i'll take heroin over LSD.
you got a problem with that?

"And you'll also take heroin over having a functioning liver - or a functioning life for that matter - so what's your point?

Seeing the Lycaeum arguing about whether meth is addictive is like watching the GOP debate whether global warming is real and caused by humans.
This is stupid.
Have person A smoke meth all night and person B smoke DMT all night.
Who goes to bed and who is beating down their dealer's door at four in the morning?
You can dance all of the angels you want on the head of a base pipe with talk of addiction versus dependence.
The effects are obvious."
Norman.

..ha,ha..but there's some great info as well as funny debates still going on at the lycaeum..
