damn they are super dope! thanks for the share. how is their album Fear of a Blank Planet. kinda caught my interest. i might start with that one? suggestions?

It's really good! If you're going more rock sound, Deadwing is really good too. Almost anything by them is really good! You can;t go wrong, but some albums are less for every day listening. Like voyage 34 is pretty cool, but pretty strange.
