What is the likely hood of a cross tolerance between Psilocybin and Ayahuasca?
I am planning on taking 1-2 grams of psilocybin of the penis envy strain in dried form on a Thursday. That following Saturday I am planning on drinking ayahuasca made with mhrb. I believe the recipe we are using equals out to about 12grams MHRB a person. What is the likely hood that taking psilocybin roughly two days before ayahuasca will dampen the quality of my trip? I appreciate all your thoughts and commentary.

I think that with mushrooms there might be some tolerance, but i don´t think it will last for two whole days. Having said that...with ayahuasca you don´t build up any tolerance at all, so if possible, i would first take the ayahuasca and then, two days later, the shrooms.

Is there any vitamin or supplement I could take to lessen or help clear the tolerance faster? Unfortunately, the series of events have to occur in that order.

Not sure how long any tolerance might last but I just put up a post about my experiences with combining taking DMT and shrooms at the same time. After doing it several times I think the shrooms do dampen the DMT a bit, but at the same time the DMT boosts the shrooms massively. One thing I can say for sure, be prepared for the PE to have about the same effect as twice the amount of any other kind of shrooms. That stuff is insane, in my experience 2G of PE is about the same intensity as 4G of B+, maybe more. No direction but to follow what you know,

Would you say that the dampening that might occur would be a good thing if it is my first ayahuasca experience? I am thinking it might work in my favor because it could prevent it from being "too intense". I would still get a decent trip from it right?

I have heard of cross tolerance between shrooms, LSD, and mescaline, but never between any of those and DMT. Also 12g MHRB sounds like a handful, i bet you wont feel any "dampening" effect, maybe even the opposite.
