I have been in a little bit of an emotional rut for the last several months. It's situational, but I don't really have the will to change it for some reason. I'm not super depressed but ''enh''...

I'm going to try drinking caapi tea for the next two weeks or so to see how it will affect my mood.

I will report back!

I've definitely been in that bumping rut lately, also for several months and finally have started coming out of it with the help of vitamins, D3 mostly, due to where I live.

I am interested to hear how you feel the tea may be helping, if it does. Enjoy!

you dont have enough caapi to drink it for two weeks. you have like maybe a weeks worth of microdosing. but for depression youll need a bit more than a microdose.

id say you have 4-5 doses for depression there.

try kava... may help.

or kanna.. (natural SSRI)

Try eating vegan (organic) for the week as well as drinking cappi tea, that might help your mood too. Very cleansing.

^ Kava Kava is a very good herb to try as well.

Sobriety and a healthy diet is my advice. Especially if your a regular substance user.

Maybe a break from all mind-altering tools will help you out.

My idea of it all is that your brain is used to all those substances to stay in a mental space you desire and what you desire isn't always what you need at the time.

Anywho my .2 cents from experience. Hope I helped.

My mood is caused by something situational. I am in eternal ambiguity as to my relationship with women and it drives me crazy.

I have Kava, it's good stuff but it give me a headache the next day. Kanna is decent - I like it.

That being said - Dan - I'm surprised it isnt enough, the 2 vines are actually very big so I thought it would be more than enough to keep me going for a while. I will admit that I haven't researched any recipes yet, however.
