Last night I watched the movie What Dreams May Come after having it in my instant queue for over three months. Although many people watch movies with their own ideas in mind, I feel any member of the Nexus could appreciate what it brings to the table as an 'alternate idea'.
Cheers Very happy

And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not percieve the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, "brother let me remove the speck from your eye", when you yourself do not see the plank that is in your own eye?-Yeshua ben Yoseph

Such a great movie. The first time I saw it, I thought "wow, they got it, they really got it! Everyone should see it!" So I have a copy, for anytime anywhere... I should watch today... so touching

I adore this film. Although, i don't think my mind enjoyed me having smoked dmt shortly after watching it, had such a strong sense that I died while my wife sat next to me. I recall thinking, well you idiot you've really done it this time! Then a few moments later i lost all recollection of having smoked and the panic really started to settle in..

Robin Williams has grown on me in the past few years, and seeing a 'heaven' made purely of paint was just too much for me that I could do nothing but smile at the thought. Too many good moments.

If you like What Dreams May Come I recommend this also:

Waking Life by Richard Linklater

Images of broken light,
Which dance before me like a million eyes,
They call me on and on...

Yesss What Dreams May Come and also Waking Life are two of my favorite films! They both approach the metaphysical state from such an interesting perspective!
