They get stronger and stronger every time Big grin I don't know what the purpose of this post is. I guess I just feel like sharing it with someone and seeing if anyone gets the same thing. My weed highs have always been "trippy", but lately they're starting to come with "revelations" and some intense visuals. The other day my friend pulled a bill hicks quote out as we were smoking. "Matter is just energy condensed to a slow vibration." For the next two hours my mind was reconstructing the universe through oscillations. What I mean is, there was just a void. Then a vibration of energy would occur. That energy would interact with other vibrations and coil into particles and give the illusion of matter. These interactions would get more and more complex until it formed our reality. This would happen over and over and over again in my head. I wasn't physically seeing it, but it was like a typical acid revelation.

Then last night I was sitting around watching TV and pretty stoned. I kind of spaced out and my vision started shifting. First the ceiling got really bright and I started getting pattern recognition. Then they would form full on patterns and beings and shapes and the whole nine yards in the ceiling. Everything was shifting at a high speed and warping around. Then as I continued to focus it went beyond the boundaries of the ceiling and full 3 dimensional visions started occurring. I don't mean patterns, I mean I was watching space. There were stars and spaceships and people carrying out their lives on strange planets beyond the ceiling. Then as I kept watching all this started to transcend the ceiling and was happening in the room around me. As soon as I turned away and started focusing on physical objects again everything got really still and back to normal. The patterns were mostly gone, the ceiling stopped moving, etc. When I turned my focus back to one spot these scenes would start playing out again. But I have NEVER hallucinated so hard off of weed before.

Anyone else get stuff like this? I know some people mention trails and patterns when high. But I've never actually heard of people having acid type revelations and traveling to different realms while high. I also want to add something I thought was pretty cool. I could change colors by will. If I wanted my visuals to be green I would just think of green and it would switch to that color.

Anyways, I'm not complaining Very happy This is great.

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

I have been experiencing the same this.

I do not have MUCH prior entheogen experience outside of a few mushroom and salvia trips but I know what I am seeing is this because I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE SEEING IT. I will also note that these moments are not as visually strong for me but I know what I am "seeing" when it happens.

I encourage anyone that reads this and has been experiencing "shifts"(flashbacks) like this to speak out!

IMO: This is seriously happening yall.

If it is not happening to you, please dont tell me its not happening to me. Tell someone that requires physical evidence of a metaphysical anything.

Seems that it has begun to happen here with me... brief snippets of colorful patterns in my field of vision... Not even high. I thought it was just wishful thinking, carryover from looking at a lot of psychedelic art before going to bed, you know, putting it off onto some other "logical" this-world reason, instead of it being reality.

Will have to keep my senses open for a bit more.

For me it depends on the weed. The slightest difference in the cannabanoid make up can make me either feeling stimulated and focused, or relaxed and thought free. I've even had some strains than inexplicably blocked certain psychedelic effects.

The weed I have right now is bomb, very psychedelic! Gives me trails, deep thoughts, revelations, and minor visuals (slight breathing, noticing of natural patterns, and swirling colored cevs), while the last strain I had was only good for reducing anxiety, no mental buzz or visuals
Creator help me live in a way that will make my ancestors proud.

see i can't tell the difference between strains. i've never been a big smoker. my friends always smoke me out though so from time to time i'll do it. i find the more i do it the more intense it gets. indica/sativa/etc, none of that matters. ALL of it will take me far out. like i said, im not just talking about things breathing and wiggling. i'm talking about movies playing out on the ceiling! Shocked full on 3d visuals! they're not the most vivid all the time but they're incredibly complex.

if anyone wants to try, try focusing at a textured surface for a period of time. like popcorn ceiling. if you just look over it and go about your day it doesn't do anything. but after starting for long periods of times it gets incredibly intense. at least for me. i always feel like im on a different drug than everyone else because NOBODY i know can relate.

It happens to me, and it's well documented here on the Nexus if you search around, there have been a number of threads.

I mean, I'm completely aware of weed induced trails, patterns, other visual phenomena. I've just never heard anyone go as far as seeing the stuff I see. Perhaps they do though, and language is just a barrier to my understanding.

I had smoked weed only a little bit before I had tried DMT(odd I know), but I noticed a clear difference between my highs before, and after taking DMT. I feel it has something to do with my consumption of DMT. My last few times of smoking weed I had very strong highs. It almost reminds me of the come down euphoria of DMT. It's really cool stuff regardless of what is actually happening Very happy
