remedios is gonna try doing the manske extraction with 200 grams passion flower. before i do it i want to know if it will even work, so after i figure out if its possible ill post the results of the extraction

Hey man, good choices that could turn out interesting.

There are reports on the nexus (i cant find the forums uhg!) of people brewing mimosahuasca using mimosa, and passionflower as an MAOI.

But you need at least 300g's of dried material for this. So that should give you some idea on how much you would need to extract.

I'd run a kilo with the manske if i were you. i mean at least 500G for sure, just to make sure you have a decent turnout because as we all know it is the mildest MAOI.

But i also heard it makes the experience of mimosahuasca more colorful, and also you tend to see female entities. I DEFF wanna try it!!!

But if you get lazy you can always acid boil/reduce

today i attempted this extraction using 55 grams fresh p.caerulea. there were 2 pulls with vinegar water. i got nothing from the extraction. if i did, it was so little it was not worth separating from leftover chlorophyll. i believe that caerulea has a very very small amount of harmalas, whilst incarnata has an usable amount. so i will repeat the experiment with incarnata.

You need way more than that. It would be a good before-bed dose though.


You will need at least 300g fresh/dry material. I prefer fresh, its the only way i can get it anyhow.

If you try again, remember than passionflower is a sacred plant, and treat it with the utmost respect. That being said, understand you need close to (if not a LB per serving of fresh weight) 300G of dried passionflower vine/bud/leaf/.
