Do you think dmt causes astral projection? If so can the silver cord for astral projection be cut by beings powerful enough to do so, making it impossible to return to my body? I really want to have a positive glowing experience with dmt, I want to communicate with angels and spirit guides and positive beings, but Im scared I dont have high enough of a frequency yet that lower/demonic beings will be attracted to my fears and doubts. Do you think I should work to get rid of my fears and doubts first, or do you think smoking dmt will help me get rid of my fears and doubts and help me to be a more peaceful, enlightened, light and loving person? For people who have experienced dark/negative/demonic entites, what was it like for you? What did they say to you? Did they ever offer you/tempt you with the possibility of not returning to your body? (I was reading someone's experience with astral projection and they faced a negative entity that asked, "Are you sure you want to return to your body?" and if asked that, I could accidentally say no). Were there experiences where there were both dark and light entities, and the light entities protected you from the dark entities? Do you think praying before smoking dmt would help, it wouldn't hurt to have Jesus's/God's protection. What do you think? I guess if someone was killed when in the astral realm no one would ever know because only the people that survived the astral realm would be alive to tell the tale, i.e. no one would know if demons ever severed someone's silver cord. Not that dmt necesarily causes astral projection. I actually was attemtping astral projection today and I saw my body with my eyes closed which I think means I was hovering above my body. Im too scared to explore it further yet though. Thoughts?
(Ps Im going to smoke dmt regardless, probably not for a while though, I want to take the time to prepare mentally and spiritually, what I am looking for is advice on how to avoid demons - I do believe that demons exist and are real, and if demons can kill me when I smoke dmt, and what to do to prevent that.)

Demons can't kill you directly, they can only influence you in certain ways...

I would say try you best to have as little fear doubt and EXPECTATION as possible, always. IMO the silver cord thing is pure B.S...no need to wory about stuff like that. A DMT trip is like having a dream..do you worry about this stuff every night when you dream..? Probably not...thus the solution...

The silver cord....I've never seen it and personally doubt that it exists. I think it was invented by someone who wanted to sell a book, sell psychic readings and seances.

No one here can give you any information that will all of a sudden dissolve all of your fears and make you ready to smoke dmt. No one can tell you whether or not you should smoke dmt. It must come from within. Keep asking questions though, it's nice to talk.

Respectfully, and IMO, you need to do some work with that chronic fear before you can actually work with powerful psychedelics.

You make too many assumptions. You have to accept to let go of your judgements and pre-conceptions.

Some steady meditation work would be a great idea for starters.

Your hanging on to a lot of fictional beliefs . You need to create your own belief systems based on personal experience . There's nothing to fear but fear itself . Nothing has the power to leave you stranded .
