In other words they were still in a public place in an area that could have been seen by any patrol cars. They could have been busted on the way there (while on DMT) while there, or on the way back (was also illustrated that they were feeling the effects)
If done outside it should be in a private place where you have no possibility that someone unannounced could ever stumble upon you. A completely controlled setting. I think that op understands this now and hopefully will continue to post with the new found knowledge.
Unless any mods have anything to say I think this thread is done. And should probably be locked or just left alone.
