I'm fairly new to the DMT realm but have done other phychedelics for 30+ years. The first time I tried DMT was using B. caapi and MHRB. I know the "purge" is part of it, but MAN-O-MAN! Waaaay more than I was ready for.
So, I started checking out teks to reduce, or eliminate, the purge and after 30 or so experimments I found one that I, and my guts, can live with.
My basic recipe is as follows (neophites to psychedelics should reduce this recipe by 1/2, or even, 2/3):
150 grams MHRB (powdered) I get mine online pre-powdered for about 75.00 per kilo.
5-6 grams P. harmala seeds (ground) put into 000 caps.
1/3 cup white vinegar
750 ml. H2O
3-4 egg whites
Crock pot
Fridge
Place MHRB, vinegar, and water in crock pot. Cook on low a couple hours and let sit overnght. Reheat the next day on low for another hour or two. Strain thru tea towel.
Put liquid in a plastic container freeze overnight and let thaw in fridge the following day. Strain thru coffee filter. try not to stir up the bottom as many of the tannins will coagulate an sink.
Put filtrate in a glass sauce pan and stir in the egg whites. Bring to a light boil, simmer until all the whites have solidfied.
Strain thru coffee fiter and reduce.
I generally take half the rue an hour or so before I imbibe and another an hour or so after.
With this method the purge is usually confined to a bout of the runs, and if I DO puke, it's after a couple of hours and I don't care by that time. Also, purging, for ME, after the DMT has kicked in, has no nausea with it. I just ...puke, and it's over.
I know that this is a long drawn-out process, but if you do a double batch from the start, then you'll always be a batch ahead.
