Hi everyone, I have been an avid lucid dreamer for about 15 years now. The nature of dreams in relation to reality has facinated me. After seeing the movie about DMT on Netflix I knew it was something to add to my bucket list. The experiences I have read about sound so much like lucid dreaming; a reality my brain creates without awareness of the creation.

I have not tried it and don't plan to until I know all the facts first and know the safe way. I really wish another research study would be done where I could participate safely in a medical setting or with others who have more experience. Maybe this is the place to meet such people? I'm so ready to see what's behind the curtain.

Do you have any prior experience with psychedelics? Do you plan to do an extraction?

As far as safe medical studies...I don't see those types of things coming around any time soon. And as far as 'meeting' people...not sure what you meant by that....but 'meeting' people for extractions or for such said experiences is a big 'no-no' here.....unless I misread your post as meaning 'meeting people on the forum to talk to through the forum'?

Hi, yes I denfinately want to try an extraction when I get all the right information and some time here in the group. Thanks so much for the welcome! I looked around and this group seems to be well put together and friendly. Me and my husband want to try it together but he is too scared and I don't want him to have a bad experience from anxiety. I have met so many great people on unrealted message boards about other areas in my life that I think online communities like these are really neat.

I have zero experience with hallucinagens. I don't consider pot to be a hallucinagen; I've never hallucinated on it and I smoked my way through Amsterdam. Well maybe deep fried foods danced through my head .. I need to order a gram scale from Amazon, but have the ML cylinders. I want to read this board up and down first.

I'm not afraid of trying it though. I have come close to death before and it's name is Whisky and perscription drugs. I have been micro tapering off Klonopin for 18 months and just finished a month ago. Now those guys are scary.

Thanks so much for the warm welcomes. I hope it's as easy as baking a cake ... I'm pushing it to the back burner until my mind is in a better place. I'm coming off some nasty anti-anxiety meds and I've been having nightmares and anxiety so I figure my experience may not be a ideal.
