Quote:Back in January, Pulitzer winning journalist Chris Hedges sued President Obama and the recently passed National Defense Authorization Act, specifically challenging the legality of the Authorization for Use of Military Force or, the provision that authorizes military detention for people deemed to have "substantially supported" al Qaeda, the Taliban or "associated forces." Hedges called the president's action allowing indefinite detention, which was signed into law with little opposition from either party "unforgivable, unconstitutional and exceedingly dangerous." He attacked point blank the civil rights farce that is the neverending "war on terror" conducted by both parties, targetting whom exactly is unclear, but certainly attaining ever more intense retaliation from foreigners such as the furious attacks against the US consulates in Egypt and Libya. He asked "why do U.S. citizens now need to be specifically singled out for military detention and denial of due process when under the 2001 Authorization for Use of Military Force the president can apparently find the legal cover to serve as judge, jury and executioner to assassinate U.S. citizens." A few months later, in May, U.S. District Judge Katherine Forrest ruled in favor of a temporary injunction blocking the enforcement of the authorization for military detention. Today, the war againt the true totalitarian terror won a decisive battle, when in a 112-opinion, Judge Forrest turned the temporary injunction, following an appeal by the totalitarian government from August 6, into a permanent one. http://www.zerohedge.com...litary-detention-provisi

Let us declare nature to be legitimate. All plants should be declared legal, and all animals for that matter. The notion of illegal plants and animals is obnoxious and ridiculous. — Terence McKenna
All my posts are hypothetical and for educational/entertainment purposes, and are not an endorsement of said activities. SWIM (a fictional character based on other people) either obtained a license for said activity, did said activity where it is legal to do so, or as in most cases the activity is completely fictional.

Quote: REPORT: Obama Has Appealed Yesterday's NDAA Indefinite Detention Ruling This sent a chill down my spine. In the midst of my interview with Tangerine Bolen, a plaintiff in the lawsuit against the NDAA's indefinite detention provisions & coordinator of StopNDAA.org, she received an email from her lawyer to inform her that the Obama administration has already appealed yesterday's historic court ruling. That court ruling found indefinite detention to be unconstitutional, and issued a permanent block of that provision. Listen to the full interview directly below. For a man who doesn't want the ability to order the military to abduct and detain citizens - without charge or trial - it is quite odd that his administration is appealing yet again. And, as stated in the interview, I would love to speak with someone from the administration on-record about this and hash it out. Why do you need this power? This is great news. It troubles me that a majority of people still fall for this 2 party illusion, when both of the anointed candidates want much of the same thing. I am grateful that apparently not all of the judges out there are controlled. Of course it would be nice to see one finally rule honestly regarding vaccines and autism. If I remember correctly, vaccines are responsible for weakening our pineal glands, due to the mercury and other substances in them. Obligatory DISCLAIMER: The writings above this are for a fictional character called TheBridge, and are not reflective of any real life person who may be typing them. The character is being tested out for a possible novella, and any stories told by said character should not be assumed to be real. Any advice given by the character should be taken lightly, although not completely ignored, as any idea can be of worth, even those which are greatly opposed. The character does have feelings though and can be quite sensitive at times, so it would be wise to treat TheBridge kindly. Said character has a good heart, consciously tries to follow the Golden Rule, but is troubled at times by the ego and reactions carried out by subconscious programming in automated manner.
Do these disclaimers have any value other than entertainment? I hope no one ever has to find out. Peace and prosperity be unto all of you.

I had never heard that there was mercury in vaccines, it seems very counter-intuitive to put a poisonous metal into a vaccination and I can't think of any benefit for it off the top of my head
