i asked someone if they ever tried t. werdamanius, i was skeptical if it works. he said its 50% mescaline, i know thats not true, but its possibly 50% alkaloid. anyway, i asked him what the dose he took was, and he said he took 4 inches of cactus brewed into tea with lemon juice. He brought up something about being in a sweat lodge, im not sure what that had to do with it though.

anyway, now we have a lead for where to start with doses.

i recently ordered a baby werdamanius which is apparently fast growing. so when it gets up to a good size remedios will test it and tell you how it goes

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

3-methoxytyramine <1%

3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenylethylamine traces

Ok so this is what some people are reading incorrectly.

The measurement is in terms of fresh cactus, the species was tested to have 10-50mg of alkaloids per 100g of fresh plant, of that 10-50mg, greater than half of that was mescaline, with traces of other things, so the max amount of mescaline the plant can have according to this study is about 10-50mg per 100 grams fresh.
Consider that pachanoi and bridgesii tested as greater than 50mg of alkaloid fresh and you will see that T werdermannianus is actually one of the weaker ones in the study, being at it's lower range 5 times weaker than those other species.

I could see 4 inches of werdermannianus being a dose, considering that the plant is often quite thick in diameter this would weigh quite a bit, easily more than 1000g. It is a slow grower and not too ideal for this. It has been reported active and in some cases some clones of it are actually said to be decent to strong, but some are said to be weak. It is going to vary.
