ive mixed 2 table spoons of powdered nutmeg with double the amount of canola oil, i put it into hot water, then when that cooled i put it in a new batch of hot water. the oil is very redish, and most of the nutmeg has sunk to the bottom.

ive heard that dosage goes from 1 teaspoon to 5 tablespoons, so im confused, would you say this oil is too much for a dose, too little, or just right. also, does nutmeg make you angry, i took 1 teaspoon of powder today and felt very irritable, but that may have just been me...

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

I do not have much information on nutmeg but if I were to give an opinion I would not do it. My friend did it once and he simply put about 2 or 3 tablespoons worth of nutmeg into capsules and did them all. It gave him an MDMA but was not as enjoyable.

That lasted around 7 hours then the hangover kicked in. The hangover made him sick for around 2 days straight. We looked up online to see if this was normal and it was. Some people get sick for almost a week! Doesn't sound that fun.

But if the way you are doing it is better I would love to hear how it goes! If all goes well maybe I would give it a shot.

ive heard of this hangover due to toxins present in nutmeg, but ive seen some information saying that these are water soluble and the active alkaloid is non polar (myristicin) so hopefully using an infused oil will keep out the toxins...

Nutmeg is probably a bad idea. Check out this post (a very informative copy-paste of a Shroomery post that isn't indexed by Google). It argues convincingly that Shulgin's hypothesis regarding nutmeg could very well be mistaken, and that the primary psychoactivity might instead be due to camphene... a fairly toxic compound.
