For anyone intrested in Lucid dreams, I thought I'd share this device and give a quick and basic run down on its features. I am currently waiting for mine to come in the mail and will do a review on it. I get quite restless some nights trying to induce wake induced lucid dreaming because of too much going on in my mind. There are a few on the market but I hear this is best. It reached over $500,000 on kickstarter after a goal of $35,000.

- Remee has an initial long delay, usually 4-5 hours
- 6 lights will activate when your in full REM and you will soon realise you're dreaming therefore taking control
- Customizable

I think for $95 it's quite good because i'll be getting a bit more sleep

Sounds interesting. I will let you guys spend the cash to see if it works. I am a bit skeptical. If you want to try another way to induce Lucid Dreaming (but will not induce severe wallet pain), try this.

Get some Valeriana Officinalis (Valerian Root) and
Acorus Americanus (Calamus Root)

Grind up 400 - 900mg of each and make yourself a tea. Just put the grind into a coffee filter and run it thru you coffee maker the same way you would coffee.

The taste leaves alot to be desired but it is drinkable. I like to use fresh crushed strawberry juice to help with the taste. Drink it about 45 minutes to an hour before bedtime.

This is a much older and cheaper way to induce Lucid Dreaming. It isn't 100% effective everytime but probably just as effective as the mask. I use this method and although it didn't work first couple of tries, after a couple of nights it was effective. Plus, even if it don't work on any given try, you will still get a decent nights sleep.

That sounds unique I will put that into consideration also! If I get around to getting both of them maybe I will try them both for a vivid lucid dream or something!
