hello guys of Dmt nexus.

in this moment i acquaire a some anadenanthera peregrina seeds, and i like make some extracction for this seeds.
maybe the content of alcaloid on this seeds are diferent to colubrina, but i will make the sames tek for colu
i read on erowid the DMC and IPA tek but in this tek ron use it a soxhlet extractor, but i dont have a laboratory supplies or sohlex extractor, but i thing also i cant obtain the same percentage of Extraction without supplies, i will try an a crude extraction whit DCM and IPA

but i need some help with some data of bufojam tek that appear on wiki , here have one of the first steps, on that involves a boiling whit vinegar ( or i thing that the acetic acid works ) but here dont appear the ratio of mix dH2O with vinegar or acetic acid.....

someone of here has tried??

could some help me whit this numbers.....

this would save a lot of work , time and materials.
