I believe I've used the spice maybe 10 times, and I was just thinking to myself.. "wow you've never broken through". I had the tactic of loading up ~50mg and I would take a lung or two full, and let it out almost immediately, sometimes I held it in till it was gone. I've never broken through. I never lose reality. What usually happens is that everything just warps around, and if I close my eyes I can see "movies" flashing across my eyelids, and that's about it. One time I smoked a good chunk of changa fairly quickly and with eyes closed everything was white and I was having ridiculous body orgasms and felt like I was on a spaceship or something, but that's the farthest I've gone.

I feel like I havn't even begun to understand this wonderful stuff.

Keep trying! 50mg should be more than enough. Perhaps you need to invest in a GVG (see "Vapor Genie" sticky above).

You may require a number of trips before you are able to process and remember that distant, extremely abstract thing we refer to as a breakthrough.

Meanwhile, you can learn a lot from sub breakthrough experiences (as the majority of mine have been). Close your eyes, pay close attention. Those "movies" are actually the main attraction.

Pfxtc,

I am new here at the Nexus and to DMT as well. I am in your boat. I have tried a few times and while the effects were amazing, no break through. Not sure what your smoking with, but after reading everyone's recommendations here at the Nexus, I ordered a Sherlock Glass Vapor Genie to help remedy this situation. Supposed to be the best for break through as well as not wasting spice. Gonna try it out tomorrow... maybe your having the same problem?

Just a thought:

Some people are solar. Some people are lunar. Some people are ________?

Maybe try it under the next full moon (Aug 30th). Bathing in the light.

The movies usually deal with peace (if that makes sense), they always make me calm. I'll check out the GVG and the bit with the moon is interesting as well

Location: always on the move
Up dose to 60mg
Do it outside at night in a nice setting, ( forest, beside a creek) use a sitter if beside water, cliffs etc.
Do it on top of a pharmahuasca experience
As already mentioned try the GVG ( but watch the dose , starting lower than 50mg)
Wake up in the middle of the night to a pre-prepared pipe and hit it within minutes of waking.
