I smoked 150mg of 10x extract, held it in for as long as I could and as soon and as I blew out the smoke I wasn't in this world anymore, I didn't feel my body anymore, I didn't even remember having one at that time. Then I saw little cells all connected forming a humanoid. In each little cell there was of someone his mind's "world", it felt like we we're all part of one big thing. I found my own cell and saw it was broken, in this cell I saw where I was sitting, as my friends move backwards i actually thought they were fixing my cell, while I was seeing my cell being fixed i saw something enter it, and after the cell was sealed up I heard a baby's cry, it felt really familiar like i saw this when i was born. after they fixed my cell I was half back in reallity, I could see my own head and arms above me and my legs below me in my field of view, and they had a black edge morphing into reality. I tried to go back as I felt as if it was really important and had to finish what I started but I couldn't. After like 20 seconds I was fully back into reality.
It's been 1 day after that experience and I constantly feel a tingly feeling at my upper chest, it isn't a nice feeling and I can't get rid of it, how do I get rid of this feeling? I'm also feeling that I could cry at any moment, I used to love hip-hop but now it means nothing to me. I am scared to try salvia again to finish what I started, should I do it or shouldn't I?
EDIT: I also think that we live in a holographic universe after this experience and that nothing really matters what we do on this planet.
Sorry for any gammar mistakes, feel free to correct me.

Salvia is a game-changer for sure. Only smoke it when you're ready to go back. Wont likely be the same trip again me thinks. In the province of the mind what one believes to be true, either is true or becomes true within certain limits. These limits are to be found experimentally and experientially. When so found these limits turn out to be further beliefs to be transcended. In the province of the mind there are no limits. However, in the province of the body there are definite limits not to be transcended.-J.C. Lilly The Spice must flow Zat was Zen and dis is Dao.

If your extract is effectively 10x, you smoked almost 4mg of salvinorin, well above what experienced users call an "uncomfortably strong dose". A moderate trip needs only 40mg of 10x. You don't state in your post whether you are experienced with salvia or not, but please take a look at All About Salvia Dosing. I guess you've been pretty much shaken to the core. Certainly not now. You need some time to integrate what happened. Quote:I also think that we live in a holographic universe after this experience and that nothing really matters what we do on this planet. It's a bad moment to come up with conclusions, particularly if they take you to negative feelings and ideas that are not productive. Please, take some time to read these notes about integration in the wiki. Be safe and let us know how you're doing. "The Menu is Not The Meal." - Alan Watts

The holographic universe is actually one of many theories under serious consideration. But how does that change anything? We already know that we are made of tiny particles with vast open spaces between them, that the way we see and experience things is just a projection in the brain. I mean, that's all accepted scientific fact. But what does that have to do with the way we experience life?
The reality is that, on a universal scale, our actions are meaningless. Build a monument to yourself a mile high and its rubble will one day be subducted under a tectonic plate and mashed into molten magma.
So why worry about it? One of the big lessons from the psychedelic experience is that the important thing, your immediate felt experience, is the real thing of value, not any monument to your existence. Who cares if you're remembered in a billion years? Focus on the here and now- your experience is priceless.
Work on integration, as Vodsel mentioned. Eventually you may find yourself feeling quite cleansed and liberated.

The only thing I'd add to the above responses is that just because on a universal scale we are all rather meaningless, on a micro scale - on the scale of our lives - we are very, very meaningful. And the more we take that to heart, the more we can realize that it takes a lot of very small pieces to make up this grand universe.
So while from one perspective you are nothing and life doesn't matter, looked at the other way, without you and others like you, there is no universe, so you are very important indeed.
Both are sides of the same coin. The question is, how will you look at that coin so that you, in the here and now, find purpose, happiness, and fulfillment? You had a profound experience, and as stated above, integration is the key to moving on. Take some time and just ponder what you experienced, and then use it to enhance your life. Just my two cents, as someone who's seen his share of difficult things.

Besides the tingling sensation in the chest you mention fear and feeling close to crying. I am no doctor, but if I had to make a guess I would say you are suffering from anxiety, a mild PTSD after the experience. If that is so, relaxation and breathing exercises might help. Also, valerian root capsules, or passion flower tea. I would be cautious with anxiety meds like benzos, but that's an option to try too using a light dose, like 5mg of diazepam. If in a day or two it has not subsided a little, consider a visit to the doctor. "The Menu is Not The Meal." - Alan Watts

You're not necessarily going to experience distinct levels. Your description sounds like a profoundly deep experience... And it's possible you went even further but can't recall all of it.

Ok, time for a update. The anxiety is gone for most time of the day, sometimes it still comes back with a feeling of derealization and depression. I still have this feeling i have to go back so next week i'm going to take another trip to salvia land on a much lower dose. I hope going back there to finish what i started will fix my feeling of derealization, anxiety and depression completely.
