Swim has used the search function and looked on google and am not finding the information. He needs to know how how much an even tablespoon of mimosa and rue weighs individually. Mucho thank you.

Googling "tablespoon in grams" returns at once several results, for instance this one.

But there's no standard tablespoon for accurate measurings that I know of, so I would advise swim to spare 20$ and buy a scale.
