Hi all, a while here since I posted, but I've a new batch of caapi and was thinking of doing some experiments again.

Now, the most intriguing thing I ever did with caapi, was having set aside as little as 10g prepared caapi next to my bed, set my alarm for around 6, (a time where I've had enough sleep but can still fall easily back in, that time when your most likely to lucid dream)so yeah, waking at that time, drinking and then trying to fall back to sleep after about 15min whilst still keeping my consciousness going. A bit like meditating whilst laying down.

This for me produced experiences which were unlike anything I ever had with any substance, especially taking caapi as normal being awake. I want to go into much detail but I haven't really got time. However, whilst laying down, I would watch this inner transition, then a blackout which is like a 'blip' and a whole new dimensional world open up for me to be immersed in. It's like a dream thats within a dream that's within a dream, and every time you go deeper the dimension of it changes.

It's been a longtime since I was experimenting like this, but now I want to start trying it again.

I'm using caapi, with just a couple of grams of mimosa.

I was wondering if anyone else has played about with ayahuasca like this? Taking half the dosage at the right time, and trying to hold on to your consciousness whilst the rest of you shuts off to sleep?

Maybe a few of you could experiment with this and post your results?

I'm also wondering if anyone has any experience of mixing the caapi with pure fruits? If so have you been able to notice any differences?

Anything a like, let me know!

Seriously no one has no interesting experiences like this? Is anyone even intrigued by the fact that a very different kind of experience happens when you took it like this?

I've experienced stuff like that at night often after waking up and going back to sleep with or without harmalas, but they definitely help a lot though. a lot of people here seem to have experienced stuff like this.

after experimenting with daily caapi/rue dosing of all sorts for a long time i think they can be used to reliably access some pretty far out states even without a dmt admixture plant like mimosa. low doses have an interesting affect, and higher doses are very very psychedelic on they're own and similar to what you described

one very reliable way i've found to access extremely trippy lucid dreams is to meditate and do a bunch of yoga in the dark, then take a good dose of harmalas and meditate a bit more. after eating the harmalas i'll put on some good headphones with binaural beats playing, and these things brings my brain waves into a very slow rhythme closer to sleep..once the harmalas really start hitting i just lay down on the floor and focus on my breathing.

Eventually if i'm tired i get to the point where i can either force myself into a lucid dream, or i just wind up in a dream without realizing it. But they're different from ordinary lucid dreams in that its as though i've taken a big dose of a psychedelic, the dream world is usually very alien and constantly changing around as well (moreso than my ordinary dreams :-P ). Sometimes its like i took so much ayahuasca in the dream that i can't even walk straight and have to lay down.

forgot to mention that when i go into one of these usually i'm not lucid right off the bat. its funny but in the dream i'll actually have the headphones that i'm really wearing on my head, and will be hearing the binaural beats. When i take the headphones off, and still hear the binarual beats coming from all over the place, this signals to me that i'm dreaming- so then i'm lucid. Its wierd how often this works if i do it right

Could you elaborate on 'mixing caapi with pure fruits'? Like in a smoothy or? I eat a diet of mostly fruit and from my experiences and from those i've talked to with a similar approach the two go together extremely well. there is a lot of MAOI in fruit that probably plays a part in that to. i usually eat a meal a few hours before ayahuasca, then a piece of fruit after drinking the brew to kickstart digestion- which really helps initiate the trip.

<Ringworm>hehehe, it's all fun and games till someone loses an "I"

Thanks for the reply. It was a bit hard to believe no one had anything interesting to say about this. This sort of experience, to me, is like attaching a huge amplifier to your dream, giving it much more dimension, clarity, space, colour, everything. It's like fuel for it, and also seems to be like an anchor, allow you more time in that space. But what seperates it from my dreaming, and lucid dreaming, even though it's sort of the same thing, is that worlds open from it. I went three times within it once, and coming back out took me three times back out again. Like you go in to the dream, then you go through in to another from there, but it's a different kind of thing. It's one of the most intriguing experiences I ever had.

I tried it twice lately, but no luck, even though clarity of my dream was amplified plus me realising I was dreaming. Nothing unusual though. I realised I just didn't cook the caapi long enough.

Will try it again within the week. I need to really make a batch so I can try it each morning for a straight week. That should be interesting.

Think you could maybe have another go at this sometime? I'd be interested in seeing what you have to say. Maybe something really unusual will come out of it.

With the juice question, I was wondering how it is to mix pure fruits whilst drinking. Like pomegranate or whatever. I was wondering what kick they would give it in the right amount.

Ah also whilst I remember, which should hopefully spark some creative thought, I was doing salvia droppers one time whilst meditating for an hour, but one time i thought I would try a really strong green tea after taking some drops of salvia under the tongue. This produced very interesting results also, greentea is always a bit energetic for me, but when I tried that I had such power come over me, a lot of energy, but I wasn't shaking. It's like I had access to it more easily, and able to use it in such a clear way. Anyhow..

In about 30 to an hour from now I'm going to take 30g of caapi, and just a few g of mimosa.

So, it's now, h a p p y t i m e....Very happy

At least I hope soNeutral Going to have to do a quiet puke tonightCool

By the way, just downloaded loads binaural beats. Got a nice pair of headphones to try them with. Kept on meaning to do so, but you just reminded me!

Wow, lastnight. Let me just tell you.. All is just love. Everything you see is just what lay between it in it's ultimate limitless form. Even when I say 'form' it defies that.

I felt so fortunate, deeply and graciously, to know what I know. Lastnight was a reaffirmation. And such a grand one. Sometimes we can know certain things, but just like there being a lack of light in the night, doesn't mean the sun isn't still burning. Lastnight that sun came out in awe and was in sync with my understading of what love is, and what that means.

As many lay sleeping in there beds lastnight, I lay in mine with such clear sight, and tears streaming from the beauty appreciation in knowing what I know.

Never forget the love.

Funny you ask about fruits, I am planning on cooking with Kiwi fruits and maybe some apples, more acids to help the extract and yummy flavors Smile
