SWIM as talking about making some cupcakes with DMT and harmaline in them. what would be a

good measurement to use for the dosage of each cupcake? I was thinking perhaps 2mg of

harmaline and 20mg of DMT. has anyone cooked to get a pharma trip? i swore ive read about

terrance mckenna making space cake. I feel like I have a solid recipe. i will replace the

water content with orange juice and concentrated lemon juice to activate the DMT, and

leave room for the Harmaline as well, and just make sure the batter is well saturated, and

the crystal structures are broken down.I just want to make sure i get the base measurement

for each individual cupcake strong enough with the MAOI and the DMT. any advise would be

appreciated

The variation in dosage from person to person can be quite large. I speak to some who have a very intense journey with 40mg DMT, whereas many (including me) need upwards of 200mg (DMT fumarate). 2mg harmaline will likely be nowhere near enough though. If you’re thinking a single cupcake per dose maybe think 150–200mg?

Only your experience will help on the dosage front due to the variability issues. Maybe one way of dealing with this is to make the cakes with the minimum dose you think you need and be prepared to redose or try a few sessions to work out dose.


Orange and lemon juice do not activate DMT, however they will convert freebase DMT to a salt – DMT citrate.

I’m not sure about what temperature DMT citrate/Harmaline citrate would start to break down but I imagine some loss is possible on the outside of the cake in the high temperatures of an oven.

You may also like the idea of jellyhuasca (I personally feel more of a pull of that idea than HyperSpaceCakes), take a look =)

For this kind of dosing you really can't do any better than jelly (jello) shots. They go down easy without much surface area exposure.

I have a packet of jelly downstairs staring at me, I feel quite a pull!

this would make me 10x sicker than just drinking ayahuasc or pharma in water.

Mckenna said he was not for masking these things this way..he talked about people putting mushrooms in applesauce and said he thinks you should just eat them plain..not that I care either way, but taking food with harmalas and DMT is a big nono for me.

C'mon Jamie, don't be such a party pooper here . I'm sure them happy elves would love the partaker of the majik circus ride to drink a frothy Caapi Cappuchino and munch on a nice "truffle" chocolate or mysterious lemon flavoured cup cake or two??

I did see a pharmahuasca recipe that involved gummi bears once, this sound more fesable.

Think of the fun recipes: Aya lollipors with edible caapi loyypop sticks, Aya cheesecake, mushroom trifle, caapi pancakes and mysterious honey, Cactus chews with nutrasweet, the list is endless.....

but would the dmt citrate give a pharmahuasca trip with the harmaline in the cupcakes if

dosed properly? would the lemon juice and orange juice allow it to be metabolised properly

if in the proper amounts?

So do you have confidence in my recipe? I think it would work. also i was thinking, i

could make a lemon cream filling and make hollow cake balls and fill them with the citrae

as to not have to cook it. which would be more logical?

As long as you are able to ingest a suitable amount of DMT, you will be able to fly. The issues I see with your plan are:

• DMT and harm(al)ine taste vile (I suppose this is subjective!)
• Will the alkaloids break down in the high temperature of an oven? If yes, how much loss is there?


The citric acid will allow the DMT to convert to a citrate salt. You could eat DMT freebase (with MAOI) and get the same effect, but you risk an uncomfortable stomach. DMT freebase does not like high temperatures either.

Thanks for all the responses. the harmala HCL came in today i will work on the hyperspace

cakes tomorrow. wish me luck! im going to put measurments for almost double my body

weight. seeing as cupcakes only cook for 15 minutes or so im not worried about loosing to

much dmt or harmalas in the oven.

when it comes to mushrooms i used to chop them finely and put them in honey, then mix the honey into peanut butter and put it on a piece of toasted bread. yummy! its like a truly nutty nutter butter

In my honest opinion, you'er going to puke your guts out if you follow through with this, and not likely to get very far. Slow absorption, going to taste absolutely godawful, thick starch in stomach + harmalas = pukey city.

^ haha thats my thoughts exactly every time I hear about these things..ayahuasca pancakes..pharma cupcakes etc..to eath their own I guess. For me that would be far more uncomfortable than the brief moment of bitterness I would experience just shooting back some alkaloids in juice or downing a shot of ayahuasca.
