I've had this problem ever since I found this site. The nexus will not load up on my phone on 4G, but will, however, load on 3G. So far I have only come across one other site besides the nexus that will not work on 4G but will work on 3G. Is there any fix to this? Is it just me or is it like that for everyone else?

That is very strange. It works either way for me without any issues. Shadow wrote:Be still now. I am with you, I am deep within you; You are at peace. You cannot be harmed; You will not suffer. I forgot to mention that the wiki section works fine on 4G. It's just the forum that doesn't work.

"4G" or WiMax/HSDPA+/LTE etc is just a method of data transmission. There is no technical reason why the forum will not work on 4G vs 3G except that 4G, in many areas, is still very glitchy. The same thing occurred during the deployment of 3G some years ago. It's a balancing act between reliability and speed for which you need to decide which is more important to you. In my case, I simply turn off 4G as all 4G devices are backwards compatible with 3G. "Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored." -A.Huxley

androidcommunity wrote:The Bionic seems to be plagued with 4G LTE problems more than most, so hopefully this finally brings some peace to its owners. As usual you can wait for the update to arrive, or head to Settings>About Phone>System Updates to get it started today Have you updated your phone? yeah its up to date. They have rolled out at least a couple of updates that supposedly fixed the 4g issues on the Bionic, but they were aimed at fixing the data connection issues of 4g inexplicably dropping to 3g while in a 4g covered area, or not connecting to 4g at all. When I first got the phone last fall it wouldn't connect to 4g at all and I had to convince verizon to send me a new Bionic and it worked ever since. Now its just the problem of some individual sites, including the nexus, not working on 4g.
I'm not too worried about it; its just a minor inconvenience and always wondered if anyone else had the same problem. Like a1pha said, I can just keep it on 3g sometimes for reliability and it saves some battery.
