Recently just before I fall asleep I think about my most recent dream I can remember and something weird happens, suddenly a couple of other dreams pop in my mind which I do not remember.

I could actually swear that the sub-conscious is much more computer like than we think.The dreams that pop in my head ALWAYS seem to have similarities or a main line to them.

The only way I can explain this is

1)Either that I am dreaming that particular scenario over and over with changes in environment and visuals and other details.
2)The dream which I remember are related to the last, most recent dream I was thinking about, and as I was thinking about it my sub-conscious mind is searching for dreams with similar details.And that's how I remember dreams old dreams for the first time 0_o

That's my experience so far.


But the main thing for recalling your dreams is programming your sub-conscious mind to detect when you are dreaming, and to remember dreams.

I wonder if maybe I stopped putting much thought into dreaming, the point in my life this happened is also the point in which I made a false connection with the way in which I wanted to live. I was becoming more focused on finding a career job, and had at the point found one. I was starting to think seriously about my future and settling down more in my life.

I have been trying to rewrite some of the ideals I created at that time about who I am and who I wanted to be in the future. How I saw my life and how it would become if I didnt make changes. Now I am trying to undo some of those changes in my brain. As I see life much differently now, much ado with what I have learned while researching/doing DMT and other knowledge I have acquired in the last few years.

Wear a 14mg nicotine patch to bed. Abstain from other forms of nicotine for the day. You will have some crazy dreams and you will remember them vividly.

I've always heard that Nicotine has a nightmare-inducing quality. Just what ive heard.

Oh and btw anrchy, i wouldn't bother trying to make it taste better, might as well just take it with a good chaser... It's just going to ruin any drink you put it in.

I actually have done this. Although it was a stronger patch. Cant remember what the next dose up was. 18mg? I dunno but the dreams were INSANE! and very long.



I'm not worried about how bad it is. Although it would be nice to not have to taste something extremely bitter before bed every few nights.

I just got it in the mail. man the stuff smells POTENT. I will try and remember to dose some when I get home from work and post my (hopefully) experience tomorrow.

Update on my dream life... well it's been fast and furious. I did have like a two night period where I pretty much didn't dream or couldn't recall my dreams.. followed by 3 straight nights of back to back dream insanity ensuing... pretty insane stuff.

Let me briefly describe one... I was in this housing development just walking through the place. The place looked like a complete ghost town or a brand new housing development with no tenants... well I'm walking and I look at this one house to the right. Something about that house just drew me in so I just sprinted towards it... as soon as I got around 5-10 feet from the house a robotic golden dragonfly just popped up out of nowhere ( I can tell it was artificial because it's skin or scales or shell or whatever looked like a bunch of mini-solar panels). This thing locked on and chased me... lol. I didn't remember how my dream transitioned from there but I do remember this robotic dragonfly chasing me into another dream... lol. Some pretty crazy stuff going on in my dream world.

Robot dragonflies now that awesome.

Tonight is the night. My plan is to follow the instructions on the bottle. 5-10 drops on about an ounce of water or juice. I'm going to start with 5 drops in about an ounce of cranberry/raspberry juice. I have found that cranberry juice is fairly strong and should "slightly" help. Boy this stuff smells strong tho, so I doubt it will help much!

I guess it depends on the vendor, but the majority of the liquid extracts (and extracts in general) have been sub-par. Some have been total fails. Also pricey usually - homemade extracts are almost always more effective and of course always cheaper to make... but hey I've never actually tried a premade extract of Zacatechichi so it could work!

Remember to try some of the other dreaming medicines, neither Kirkii nor Silene Capensis have a bad taste. I guess as far as which is the best, I like Capensis the most because it is so richly colored and serene, but Zacetechichi is great too. They're all great!

I just want to add something out of the blue:

Back when I was on my LD journey i've read that you will never find a clean bathroom and digital watches won't display time properly. I'm not sure did I realize this was true in all my dreams before reading it or after.

I remember dreaming I was in my dads car and looked at the time, which displayed Predator-like language. I also remember multiple dreams with horribly dirty bathrooms. There was a funny one where me and my highscool friends (back then) were throwing grenades at each other in a dirty piss-filled school toilet, and I had health regeneration like call of duty, hah.

I also read that gravity is never normal, but the only time I realized I might be dreaming in a dream, I used the gravity test method as a reality check (where you jump to see if gravity is normal), so I jumped and it seemed normal, I was like ''eh It's real life'' and continued walking through my neighbourhood until I woke up and was like FUUUUUUUUUUU.

Then I stopped my LD journey there, don't remember why, this was ~2 years ago. I'm kind of getting excited to do it again and succeed this time.

Psychedelic: thats interesting, cant say myself about bathrooms and watches. but I had heard that most dreams are black and white with very little color, and that you cant read or see your reflection. Well I dont remember having any dreams that werent psychedelic in colorization, ive seen my reflection, and I can read words fairly clearly.

Well I havent given up hope, but unfortunately all I got was a raging headache. I had woken up at 9:45am and forced myself to go back to sleep since i couldnt remember any dreams. I did dream after that, but it was extremely light and I can only remember one image and its so blurry I have no idea what I am looking at.

Whats strange to me is the style of headache. Its EXACTLY the same type of headache I get when I wake up in the morning after eating mushrooms, drinking alcohol, or taking opioid based pills like vicodin or percacet.

I am definitely beginning to think my body chemistry is out of whack. The headache is a shear sign that something is being effected in a similiar fashion. One think I want to note is that I have what seems like a perma tolerance to pills. I didnt always, it took time to build.

The thing is I wasnt a pill popper. Maybe for 5-6 months I could have been labeled, but I didnt take them EFVERYDAY, alot of times i had a week or two inbetween a couple weeks of binging. And this all went on for 2 years. My tolerance for Hydrocodone (vicodin, norcos) never went down.

I have to take 10+mg of vicodin to feel ANYTHING, and If i wanted to get high I would ave to take 15-20mg and it would always result in a sever headache. Percacet dosages are the same, 15-20mg. Severe headache. I never got headaches. And even though I havent taken any pills for quite sometime it still take that much.

How do I get opioids out of my body? like in a flush or something?

Hm, you think the Zacatechichi caused the headache? I honestly couldn't tell you what the issue with the opioids and headaches are for you buddy, sorry. Hydrocodone has never given me a headache, perhaps it is a response to the APAP? The only opioid that has ever given me a headache is plain leaf kratom, I believe from the alkaloid Raubasine opening blood vessels in the head (not your issue clearly)...

but yeah was the headache from the Herb? That seems weird, never heard of that - in fact I've seen the plant listed as a headache REMEDY... I guess you could just try again and see if it happens again?

ya I am going to try again for sure... but I will be putting a couple days in between. I can for sure tell that its the dream herb causing the headache. The only time I get this sort of headache is after putting some kind of chemical in my body the day before, and almost only when done at night. If I take pills EARLY in the day I get the headache right before bed.

The headache resides in my Frontal Lobe. "The frontal lobe contains most of the dopamine-sensitive neurons in the cerebral cortex" I wonder if that has anything to do with it. It almost always effects my eyes, they ache right now. Also I feel like my memory is "wandering" which is something I get when I have this type of headache.

Like when your hungover from drinking, I have a very super light hangover. My focus is effected as well. I made sure that I didnt put any strange things in my body yesterday. I had cereal for breakfast. Cheeseburgers and fry's for lunch and chicken alfredo for dinner at work. I drank lots of water, some juice, I did have one SMALL can of redbull when I first got to work, but that never gives me any negative side effects, and when it does its always isolated to that day.

I want to note that when i do wake up to headaches that dont seem to be related to having taken something, they are usually located around the parietal lobe. Although I have had headaches in the frontal that I wasnt able to associate with any chemical substance, but those are few and far in between. Another dose should assist in whether or not that is the issue.

Are you on any kinda of medication, like anti-depressants, which might interact with the calea? I've never had this reaction to it. I think you should give it more than one try and start with a very low-dose.

No I dont take any medication at all. And the only meds I have taken were pain meds. It has been quite sometime since my last popped pill.

I have noticed that some things have opposite effect on me than other people.

So I took 3 excedrin knock offs, and I'm drinking a red bull. The hangover seems to be slowly going away now. I find it rather odd, but I definitely had a hangover. My next dose will prolly be tomorrow night. I'm going to try 1 drop this time.

I think there is something strange going on with my body. Last weekend, night before skydiving, I drank 4 beers. Upon having finished only 1/3 of the first bottle I started to get this very same headache. It got worse the more I drank. I only had 4 that night. Took some aleve before falling asleep and had no issues the next day. Alcohol is causing more and more of a hangover for me as time goes on. Sometimes I can drink just 2 beers now and have a hangover the next day similiar to having half a fifth of whiskey.

Last night, I wasnt able to dream, I had a nother bad insomnia episode. So I couldnt tell if the galantamine worked, but I shall try again tonight with no caffeine

That sucks man. How much was the Galantamine? It sucks I can't find the really good stuff like the racetams or Galantamine locally. Gotta order online.

If I remember correctly, that Glantamine was around $36 with tax/shipping plus they gave me free samples. CVS Pharmacy has it but, its prescription ... There may be some spiritual stores that may carry it, but your best bet is online.
